Located in the Heart of Aventura, right between Sunny Isles and Hallandale. Set on Twelve plus acres offering stunning views of the Intracoastal, city skyline, and ocean. Enjoy year-round bay breezes and easy access to leisure activities and nightlife. Our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is situated on the first floor for your convenience.

This 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment is located on the 1st floor and features:
• One King size bed in Master bedroom. Linens included.
• Full bathroom, toilet with shower.
• Sofa Bed in living area can accommodate 2 additional guest.

• 24 hour security.
• Heated pool.
• Jacuzzi.
• BBQ.
• Billiard Table.
• Marina with sun deck.
• Fully equipped Fitness Center.

• NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the unit. All deposits will be forfeited if we find evidence of smoking inside the UNIT.
• Refundable damage deposit required of $500-$1,000, depending on length of stay.
• Pets are allowed (up to 20 pounds). Refundable pet deposit of $250. One pet maximum allowed with all proper paperwork.

Do Not Rent This Unit; Horrible
I’ve been using VRBO for 20 years and been delighted with the experience until now. First, the owner did not add our names to security and we had to plead our way passed security. This condo was uninhabitable upon arrival; -suffocating chemical smell (pest control?) - black mold in an unclean toilet that did not flush properly - dead bugs everywhere -some lights did not work The owner was completely unresponsive for over 15 hours. When he finally responded he offered a “complimentary cleaning” but did not schedule it for 48 hours. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
