At less than 50m from the house you have can find a small supermarket, a chemist, a bank with cash dispenser, an antique bakery with all specialities, an excellent pizzeria, wine bar, cafè, tobacconist, newsagent, greengrocer, an easily accessible road that takes you straight to the beach (you do not have to drive through the city centre).
