Visit Città di Castello, 30 kilometres away. This city has a beautiful medieval centre and Umbria's second-most famous museum, the Pinacoteca Communale, with paintings by Raphael and Signorelli, among others.

The interiors of the home are well-decorated with modern interiors. The central heating will keep you warm and cosy indoors. Plan a barbecue evening with your pals in the garden furnished with sun loungers and table chair.

We gaan al jaren naar dit gebied en huren een huis. Dit is echt een huis op een topplek. Ver in de bergen. Het waait hier lekker, daardoor is het heerlijk uit te houden bij het zwembad. Wij hadden het geluk dat het twee-persoonsverblijf niet verhuurd was, dus het gehele huis was voor ons. Appechio zelf is klein met een enkel restaurantje en geen bakkertje. Desalniettemin we gezellig. Er is weinig bebouwing in de omgeving.. Wij hebben genoten! van geweldige zonsopgangen met een wolkendek in het dal!

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr nett empfangen und in das Haus eingewiesen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt die letzten 4 km über einen unbefestigten Weg. Das Haus liegt auf fast 700 Metern Höhe in absoluter Alleinlage mit einem Wahnsinns-Blick über das Tal und einem fantastischen Pool. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die wir auch genutzt haben. Handtücher für den Pool waren auch da. Top!!! Unsere Kinder waren begeistert und für unseren Hund war es das reinste Abenteuer, sich den ganzen Tag ohne Leine bewegen zu können. Wer eine Ruhe-Oase und Stille sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Man muss aber wissen, dass die Wege lang sind, sei es ein Einkauf oder ein Abendessen im Restaurant. Zum Meer nach Fano fährt man ca. eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir hatten den linken Teil mit drei Schlafzimmern. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. In zwei Schlafzimmern steht noch ein zusätzliches Einzelbett, man kann hier mit insgesamt 8 Personen übernachten. Es gibt noch eine zweite Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und insgesamt 5 Betten. Diese Wohnung war während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht belegt. Wir hatten hier eine fantastische Woche und konnten uns super erholen.

(WILLEN JULLIE INDERDAAD MIJN COMMENTAAR FILTEREN? IK HEB IN ONDERSTAANDE DINGEN EEN AANTAL DINGEN VERMELD DIE ALLEEN VOOR TOPIC TRAVEL BESTEMD ZIJN EN NIET IN DE OPENBAARHEID HOEVEN. NOTA BENE OVER HET ALGEMEEN ZIJN WE ZEER TEVREDEN OVER TOPIC TRAVEL!!!! Perfecte ontvangst, met vriendelijke woorden (Italiaans en Engels) en een mand vol proviand. Prachtig gelegen huis, en de woning zelf is ook quasi perfect. Zeer ruim, mooi ingericht, klasse-zwembad. Nadelig was de harde, frisse wind die zes van de zeven dagen over de bergen woei, en de halfwilde katten die erg opdringerig zijn en 'buiten eten' bijna onmogelijk maken. Dat laatste is echt wel jammer, en het enige echte minpunt. De rit bergop van de openbare weg naar het huis duurt negen minuten, en gaat over een onverharde, nogal 'wilde' weg.

Bij aankomst was de Italiaanse eigenaar aanwezig, zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. De engels sprekende hostess was er 30 minuten later, en eveneens zeer vriendelijk. We voelden ons gelijk welkom. Er stond een welkomstpakket klaar met een aantal basiszaken. Het huis was perfect schoon en opgeruimd. De tuin en het zwembad waren goed verzorgd, schoon en de ligstoelen bij het zwembad als nieuw.
