About this property

2 Bedrooms + Den with 2 Baths - Clean & Luxurious.

This multi room condo is 1656 square feet and sleeps a family comfortably. We have comfortably enjoyed spending time there with our parents and three children. It is a nice clean home on a par 3 with a lake and is close to the green.
Enjoy relaxing on the patio next to a lake while watching golfer's putt out in front of the southern mountain backdrop. Not one, but two pools are close by. See Pool on La Paz and Las Lomas in Google Maps. It is close to a variety of pockets of dining and entertainment including El Paseo, The River, Palm Desert Mall and the Maccallum Theater. We enjoy walking to El Paseo for coffee and breakfast to start our desert mornings and taking out golf cart out for dinners around town. For the gamblers, Aqua Caliente Casino is very close by. While we have not played pickleball, the courts are often available for a small additional fee to the club.

The property is not "Clean and Luxurious" as billed
Entire property needs to be gutted. Everything is tired and worn, nothing speaks of luxury. Was not cleaned well, (plastic wrappers on floor, hair comb on mantel, debris on kitchen counters, ants) dishes cracked and chipped, cracked glassware, dirty barbeque, uncomfortable beds, etc etc. No pets allowed but owners have pet(s) so dog dander. Easily the worst property we have ever stayed in. Don't know how they had good reviews. If the price had been half of what was charged, then the state of the unit could be better understood. We paid for clean and luxurious and did not get either.

Communicative and a really relaxing stay
Spent a Coachella weekend 1 here. It was really pleasant - clean, quiet, and close to the community pool. We are an older group so we wanted a chill place to rest after daily events. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful Palm Desert Getaway
We were very pleased with our rental! We loved having our morning coffee on the east facing deck, using the gas fireplace to take the chill out of the air in the evening, cooking our meat on the Smoker and our king sized bed was very comfortable! We had bikes to ride and several pools within a short distance from our property! Greg was very responsive to any problems we encountered and we would strongly recommend this property!

We are Southern California natives who both run professional practices. We have 3 children who love to bring their friends out with us. We purchased this home so that we can get away and relax when the breaks in our schedules permit us. With busy schedules it is a great place for our short-term vacations. We enjoy walking to El Paseo for coffee, brunch and shopping. While we have not tried pickleball, there are many courts available as well as local golf courses that allow the general public to play. I enjoy waking up and having a coffee on the patio. We can see the golfers tee off over a lake and then putt out in front of a second fairway and the southern mountains. In the afternoons, I enjoy having a glass of wine while barbequing on the patio as the day winds down. There is a Traeger and Gas Grill for those grillers. The orientation of the unit is great for sitting out in the afternoon as the sun is usually past the patio in the early afternoon. Some of the units are uncomfortable in the afternoon, ours is perfect.

This property is great for extended families. It is close to pools and is centrally located.

What makes this property unique

It is centrally located in the desert. it is outside the wind and dust belt. It is also far enough from the 10 Freeway where freeway noise and train noise is annoying. As the map shows, it is just minutes from Rodeo Drive of the Desert -El Paseo, as well as the Palm Desert Mall, the River Mall in Rancho Mirage as well as Indian Wells.
