It is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.
As locals we offer a personal view of Brighton staying in your own lovely townhouse.
The house has all modern conveniences with a private courtyard and the real bonus of being so close to the beach and a garage underneath the building.
Please note that the garage is quite narrow and only suitable for standard sized cars. The actual dimensions are detailed in the amenities under parking.

Brighton Marathon Weekend
The central location of this property was idea for the Brighton marathon and was just right size for the six of us to be together without feeling on top of eachother.

Great space, great location
Absolutely brilliantly placed in Brighton to see all the best bits. We were literally a stones throw away from the Pier and beach and access to the main roads to get around was easy. The garage is only big enough for a small car, but this was well communicated to us by the owner before we arrived. Speaking of which, any communication we had with the owner was perfect. Check-in was really easy and stress-free and the house itself had all the facilities and amenities we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay

Wonderful place for a relaxing stay
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place! The view of the ocean, the salty air, the hikes along the sea, swimming and surfing in the cool water - a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday! We all loved it - teenagers and grown ups! Comfortable beds, lots of space in the living room and a well equipped kitchen. Perfect!

Very close to the beach, grocery store and mall. 20-30 min walk from Brighton train station. House was great. The bathrooms and toilets are on the 2nd floor. That can get a little annoying, but its fine. Communication was very good! :)

Lovely place, garage is very useful as parking is such a nightmare in Kemptown. All amenities have been thought of. We were very impressed

Hi, we are Julian and Jan. We have been running holiday lets for over 10 years. We ensure that they are kept up to date, always clean and go out of our way to meet any personal requirements including arranging dinner parties or even booking tickets for a night out. Just let us know! We have chosen to live in Brighton as it has everything - sea, walking, theatre, festivals, pubs and very quirky fun inhabitants. It means we are nearby should you need any help or should there be an issues we can respond immediately. The places we have all have some games books and DVDs should you get a bit of wet weather or fancy a cosy night in. There is also always heating under your control and unlimited hot water.

Why they chose this property

The property is so central that you do not need your car to enjoy Brighton. You can put it away and walk to all the local attractions, Beach and restaurants around Kemp Town.

The house has been finished to a high standard with all mod cons, lovely bedrooms a private courtyard and parking.
