Beautiful little house, on the ground floor of a three-storey building. Very spacious and fresh. Bathroom recently redecorated. The house has the classic style of the Orosei family home with a large dining room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a separate kitchen. Large entrance hall. Double bedroom with pre-entrance with single bed and separate bedroom with two single beds. In front of a shady square with free parking. Adjacent on the right cozy bar with tables. In front of the square: pizzeria, rotisserie, market and other shops. 5 minutes walk from the center. Adjacent on the left to the historic medieval sanctuary with Pisan tower.

Ottima posizione vicino a tutto l'occorrente. Casa un pochino datata ma tenuta più che bene da consigliare anche a un amico.

Logement propre et bien placé (commerces, boulangerie, pâtisserie, pizzeria et restaurants proches). Parking facile à trouver sur la place. Fabio est un hôte aimable et à l’écoute. La maison est bien équipée et également l’équipement de plage (chaises pliable et parasol). Avec la voiture les plus belles plages sont à 5 à 15 minutes. Excellentes vacances et séjour, je recommande

Bon emplacement et grand appartement
Les propriétaires on été très attentionnés et disponibles pour nous. L'appartement était très propre, la literie était impeccable, nous avons même pu utiliser un parasol pour la plage mis à disposition ce qui nous a évité d'en acheter un. Tout était bien sauf une seule chose, l'aération de l'appartement et le wifi qui ne marchait plus par moment. Plus de photos de l'appartement serait bienvenues dans l'annonce ;-) Je conseille aux prochains vacanciers de faire leurs courses chez Euro Spin (juste à l'entrée de Orosei en voiture) car bien moins cher qu'au supermarché Crai (à côté de l'appartement). Merci !

Ottima posizione in un paesino delizioso
Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa e' grande e con due bambini e' l'ideale. Inoltre e' situata in una piazza con tutti i comfort (bar, trattoria, market). Per la nostra idea di vacanza poter girare durante il giorno e durante la sera avere la possibilita' di essere nel centro storico senza assillo di macchina e parcheggio e' l'ideale. Luigi

Lokal italiensk stemning. Lidt mørk bolig. Venlig modtagelse ved ankomst. Fin natur og strand tæt på
Rent og ejer havde sat kaffe og drikkevarer frem. Lidt gammeldags møblering og indretning.
