Spectacular villa with pool near Palma.
This fantastic house is located in a very quiet residential area of Marratxí. Very spacious, the house has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday away from tourist crowds. In addition, the house is very bright and is decorated with great taste. It also has a swimming pool, natural grass garden surrounding the property and several furnished terraces from where you can relax outdoors and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
This beautiful villa is located in the urbanization of Son Ametller, on the outskirts of Marratxí, in a very quiet area with a family atmosphere. Marratxi is a ten minute drive from the property. There you can find restaurants, supermarkets and a wide variety of services. In addition, it is just twenty minutes by car from Palma and its beaches, a must see.
Air conditioning:
As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. In addition, it has electric radiators in the bathrooms.

Perfekte Tage!
Wir waren 8 Mädels und hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Sie eignet sich perfekt für größere Gruppen und ist ideal um Palma zu erkunden. Carmen war immer für uns da und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank nochmal, wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :) P.S. Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wären ein paar mehr Weingläser und große Salatschüsseln in der Küche ;)

Excellent Location and a nice contact
We arrived with a group of 12 people. The communication was perfect. The finca is also more than impressive and offers everything you need. We had a very stress free and enjoyable stay. 100% recommendation.
