This home not only has everything you are looking for in a vacation rental in the heart of Sea Pines Harbour Town, it is also stunningly beautiful. Designed by an artist for her own family, the home presents an unusual mix of comfort, beauty and convenience. THIS HOUSE IS A FIVE MINUTE WALK TO THE FIRST TEE OF THE 2024 HERITAGE GOLF TOURNAMENT AND ALL THE AMENITIES OF HARBOUR TOWN.

The open floor plan features travertine floors, updated gourmet kitchen with granite coutertops, bathrooms with the latest in vessel sinks and glass showers, a large gas fireplace with hand-painted faux wall finishes, designer furnishings as well as a 7 large HD flat screen TV's throughout the home. The iron-railing balconies overlook both the great room and one of Sea Pines' many lagoons and golf courses.

There are four good-size bedrooms (three king, one queen, with the 2 king bedrooms having private balconies) and each with its own full bath and flat screen TV. Children will love the loft that has a full bed, its own television and spectacular views. The living room has high ceilings and large windows that overlook a nicely-landscaped pool, a pond, and the 11th hole of Heron Point Golf Course.

Bicycles are readily available to rent for a short bike ride on safe, dedicated bike paths to one of the most gorgeous beaches in the United States. And, of course, a brief stroll out your front door takes you to Harbour Town golf and the Sea Pines tennis center or to the charm of Harbour Town itself with quaint shops, restaurants, beautiful boats, and live music. Regular live performances for children and frequent appearances by famous recording artists are Harbour Town specials.

You will not find another larger, higher quality property (home or condo) this close to Harbour Town at these prices!

Best Beach and family fun vacation
The property was beautiful and very convenient to Harbor Tone- 5 - 10 minute walk. The beach was a 8 minute drive- Sea Pines has the best beach! We thoroughly enjoyed the house- very airy and spacious - very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 small boys. The pool was really nice with beautiful landscaping on the golf course. Would definitely return to this home!

Great place for family vacation
House had a great layout and lots of room for our entire family (10 people). Pool was fun. Owner was very communicative and Property Manager was readily available to answer questions. Short walk over to Harbor Town. We would go back if our family decides to vacation in Hilton Head again.

Beautiful home
My family and friends stayed in Jim and Joanie’s home the week of May 25-June 1. We have booked with VRBO multiple times but this home was by far the nicest we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of space for eight adults. We all loved how open it was but everyone had privacy if needed. The outside area was also beautiful. We made good use of the pool and grill. After spending the day at the beach it was nice to come back and sit around the pool. We have been to Hilton Head several times but have never stayed in Sea Pines. We loved the serenity of the area. We have already booked the house for next year! Jim was very thorough and accommodating. It’s evident that they want their guests to enjoy their home. Thank-you, Jim and Joanie for giving my family a week of memories. See you next year

Great Getaway
What a wonderful house! The house gave us ample opportunities to be together and to have quiet time away from the group. We loved being able to walk to so many activities. I would definitely stay there again if going with a large group.

This Is The Best Of The Best
First of all I have to divulge that I lived on HHI for 51/2 years so I am very familiar with all that Sea Pines has to offer, so I only wanted to stay in a property there. Plus I needed a house with no less than 4 en-suite bathrooms. This house is above what I imagined that I could find for my friends and my stay. LOCATION: private, walkable to Harbour Town, shopping, restaurants. Easy drive to Sea Pines Beach Club and the amazing beach bar and staff. ACCOMMODATIONS: Beautiful soaring ceilings,tons of windows giving lots of sunlight. Bedrooms very comfortable, plenty of closet space, several balconies that give couples private time away from the group. All said their beds were so comfortable and everyone slept “like the dead”. I’m a retired chef and it was very easy working in the kitchen preparing meals and drinks for us and my other friends who visited. Showers were well sized and offered plenty of hot water and bright white towels for after the beach and pool. OWNERS: Joanie and Jim Cantalupo were the best. Jim is in contact, available and very approachable with answers to every question. Having been in hospitality for 30 years myself, I expect to have my needs met as a customer, client or guest and Jim and the Property Manager, Bryon worked together perfectly to make my stay above my high expectations. I was so proud to share my love of Hilton Head Island and Sea Pines with my friends at this lovely property. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

This is a beautiful home, with an even better property manager/owner who really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you want and more. Great experience
This is a great home in a great location. We had three couples and everyone had enough room for privacy while sharing spacious common areas for meals and time to catch up with each other. Sea Pines has many opportunities for whatever interests you. The owner communicates well and is proactive in their desire to see you have an enjoyable stay. We would rent here again and hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We were a group of eight cousins (age 70 and older) that enjoyed daily activities that included pickleball, bike riding, walks on the beach, sightseeing and cooking together. The kitchen was well equipped. The view of the pool and pond from the wide open living room was relaxing.

Family wedding reunion
This was absolutely the perfect house for my 4 adult children and their significant others and myself to stay together for my daughter's wedding at the Harbour Town Clubhouse. The house was immaculate and incredibly well stocked. It is within easy walking distance to all of Harbour Town and a short bike ride to the beach. Jim was a pleasure to communicate with and truly cared that our stay was wonderful. The new master bath is beautiful and the pool and view add to the relaxing feel of the property. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to rent this property.

We had a great time at the beautiful home in a great Sea Pines location. Close to beach, Harbor Town, shopping, outstanding restaurants, and bike paths to get everywhere. The host is super communicative and the on-site property manager is very responsive. The house is equipped with every convenience and a beautiful outdoor pool with a lagoon and golf view. Great place to read, take pictures, put together puzzles, enjoy meals, play games. Plenty of space and fun for everyone! We will be back.

Wonderful Stay!
We loved our stay at this house....everything is exactly as it appeared on the website. Location is walking distance to the Harbour Town restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and was plenty of room for us and family. Jim was great with communication before our stay and made sure everything was in perfect order. Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1985. After visiting most of the beaches in the Carolinas we found ourselves always comparing them to Sea Pines and wanting to come back Harbour Town. Sea Pines and Harbour Town specifically, is a unique resort unmatched on the east coast after all of these years. We never found another vacation spot where you can drive, park your car and never need it again to access all of the amenities the resort has to offer. It has every amenity you can think of, Golfing, Tennis, great beaches, salt water fishing, fresh water fishing(right in our own backyard),boating, jet sking, para sailing, paddle surfing, hiking,yoga, bicycle trails, forest preserves and walking paths. Oh I forgot to mention some of the great restaurants on the island along with bars, quaint shops and the coolest playground for kids all right in Harbour Town and a three minute walk from this home.

Gregg Russell, the children's performer, who has been performing for over 35 years under the liberty Oak in Harbour Town has a song called Come away Home. One line in the lyrics is 'Harbour Town is calling you home is so true. Once you visit you will keep coming back!
