Our open spaced and climitized "Superior Studio 6 + Balcony and Mezzanine"  measures 35.91m2 + 5.5m2 of balcony.

The black & white predominates in this Studio and the various paintings of typical Lisbon buildings, mirrors, pop art on tiles have made this Studio a success since 2014.

The double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) is positioned on the mezzanine. We can prepare the sofa bed (1.20m X 1.90m) under the mezzanine if two people want to sleep separately.

2 large attic windows, another window in the bathroom and the glazed door leading to the balcony provide spectacular light in this intimate environment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined refrigerator, 2-ring vitroceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The terrace has a Weber gas grill and a comfortable table to seat 2 people. 

We provide sheets and towels.

Lisbon in March
There are so many great things to say about this flat. The owner is very communicative. The instructions are so easy to follow about how to get there and how to get inside. The area in which it is located is very central to everything in Lisbon. There are cafes and markets seconds from the flat. The owner even gave awesome recommendations on places to eat and shop. You are only a 2–3-minute walk to the water. The flat itself is adorable and so cozy. It has everything you could ever need. The WIFI is speedy and reliable. It is decorated amazingly. It is quiet inside the flat. The bed is super comfortable. There is lots of storage for your clothes. They have thought of everything. The small terrace was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. I will most definitely stay here again. I even told my friends that I would love to live in this flat permanently.

Great location!
Great property! Very good use of space. Everything needed was there for our use! There is no elevator so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage.
