Quality air-con, fireplace, floor heating. Fully equiped kitchen (plus scullery), open plan dining & living on top level with private parkland views. Balcony terrace overlooking pool with BBQ, sink, fans, heaters, TV, lounges & dining for 12. Additional games room downstairs with table tennis, Netflix, Wii & XBox.

Cottesloe Golf course to the rear of the property.
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
2 x Living room complete with 10 seater lounge, dining table, smart LCD TV.
1 master bedroom upstairs with ensuite.
1 master bedroom downstairs with ensuite.
1 room upstairs with queen sofa bed and study desk (can be used as additional playroom, bedroom or office)
All other bedrooms are downstairs and include queen beds, ceiling fans, built-in-robes.
Massive games room with smart LCD TV and table tennis.
Separate Office / Homework room.

The pool is 9mx7m and it is heated.
The backyard has a lawn area plus a quarter basketball court or tennis court.

Master bedroom has a king and also has a large TV with a adjoining walk-in wardrobe and bathroom.
Kitchen is large with an adjoining separate scullery (with sink and additional fridge). Kitchen island bench is 4m long accompanied with 6 stools plus plenty of other bench space.
Stone gas fireplace in living.
Appliances: Large ilve oven and cooktop, 2 large fridges and freezers, 2 Miele dishwashers, 2 sinks, zipper tap and all other appliances you need.
Built in BBQ and fridge in the terrace area.
2 separate dining options. A round table inside that sits 10 people and a 12 seat dining in the adjacent terrace.
The terrace/balcony is large and is fully undercover with built in sunscreen blinds overlooking pool and backyard.
