PLAZA 1710 9800 Coastal Hwy. Saturday to Saturday NON-SMOKING - NO PETS. This lovely, airy condo boasts Pergo laminate floors throughout. The pristine kitchen is decorated in cottage style with bead board cupboards, a beautiful side-by-side refrigerator, four-slice toaster and a Keurig and Braun coffeemakers. All appliances have been upgraded in 2022 and are stainless. The microwave and oven have the convection option and the oven also has an air fryer option. The dining room has a big table with plenty of room for 6 hungry appetites. A huge wall-mounted 55" Smart TV in the living room with a sound bar guarantees plenty of quality family viewing time. The 2nd bedroom is lovingly decorated with a beautiful queen bed and ceiling fan; a corner desk has been added for guests that need to stay connected. A king bed awaits you in the master bedroom with another big wall-mounted TV and a stereo system. There is a queen sofa bed in the den. The hall bathroom has been updated with stylish tile and a grab bar on the wall in the tub. The master bath has a beautiful walk in shower with a grab bar for stability. Both have upgraded cabinets with plenty of storage. Then there is the view! From the top floor, with no obstructions, you will be stress free as you gaze out from the ocean view balcony. This condo also has a washer/dryer and central air conditioning. FREE WI-FI FOR GUESTS! Registration fee $80 payable 4/1 - 10/19 includes parking for two vehicles. Fee for extra vehicles $20 a day or $80.00 per week. The Plaza has two pools, a kiddie pool, sauna and hot tub. The Tiki Bar on the pool deck serves lunch and dinner, the Jungle Bar Restaurant serves dinner nightly. Limited number of weeks available - book now!

Perfect views, great location
We loved this roomy condo with 17th floor views of the ocean. The unit is well appointed with attention to details. The owner's entry instructions including parking and wifi are spot on and easy to use. The two bedrooms are very comfortable. We really loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The building's amenities are very nice, it made it very easy to go back and forth between our "camp" on the beach and the condo . We enjoyed the happy hour entertainment at the tiki bar in the early evening. We would definitely recommend staying at this unit.

Beautiful condo right on the beach!
Great location! Condo is beautiful, modern, and well maintained. Master bedroom has wonderful views of the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and dishware. Hop skip and a jump to the beach. Nice amenities with the Tiki bar and restaurant on site. The pool is a nice size overlooking the ocean.

Great Family Vacation
Joan was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Unit was nice and recently remodeled. Could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, but nice overall. The Plaza is a great place to stay! Thanks
