Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms are down the hall from the living quarters and allow for quiet mornings to sleep in at this one level beach home. Pull out couch available in living room to sleep 2 additional (11 total).

Enjoy meals and quiet time on the over-sized screened-in porch and deck on this 0.5 acre private wooded lot.

Walk, bike or drive to the Middlesex private, guarded beach. Ample beach-side parking available for Middlesex Beach renters and owners. Plenty of room to spread out on this private, uncrowded beach. Alcohol is permitted on the beach, however, glass containers are prohibited.

WiFi throughout.

Family friendly home with lots to entertain.

Easy walk to conveniences such as McDonald's, Dunkin' Donuts, Moe's Deli, Atlantic Shoals Surf Shop, McCabe's Gourmet, Bethany Boathouse and Sea Colony Marketplace.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday for dates that require a 7 night minimum stay.

Perfect beach getaway
We stayed at Emily’s place in South Bethany for a week and honestly did not want to leave! We were 10 including my parents, sisters and partners and our 2 boys of 5 and 7. From having morning tea in the screened ventilated patio to the beautiful private beach minutes away, the owner has thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The house was a welcomed relief from a day at the beach with a clean outside shower to wash off all the sand! We would leave with a beach chair every morning on our backs and a full buggy provided at the house and slowly made the quick walk to the beach being greeted by other vacationers or residents as we walked. The town of Bethany is quaint and quiet, beautiful surroundings and lots to discover. For those who need action from time to time, Ocean City and Rehoboth provide entertainment and are only a short drive away. We regret only staying 1 week! Emily responded quickly to our queries that we had before leaving and was very accommodating. The house was so clean, homey, plenty of commodities, this is THE place to stay. Great job and thank you so much for hosting us :) We hope to be back quite soon 😊

We always enjoy staying at this home due to its quiet and peaceful neighborhood, comfortable and clean interior and ease of working with the owner. Private beach access is just a short walk away.
