We had a very nice stay. House is beautifully decorated and mostly well equipped. It is on a somewhat busy road, but didn't end up being a problem. If you want a serene setting on the bay, close to town and the beach, then this is a great place for you. If you want a party house, look elsewhere so you don't bother the lovely older couple who live right next door trying to enjoy their retirement. It was perfect for us!

Great property - Make sure pool and hot tub are available
The property was very nice and the communication with the property manager was great. Very friendly and easy to work with. I would give this property a 5 star rating with one notable exception. The ad for the property includes pictures of a nice pool and hot tub. However, when we arrived in mid-May, the pool and hot were closed up and unavailable which was extremely disappointing. If you are renting during the summer months, I would assume this would be a non-issue and I would not hesitate to rent.
