I Could Live Here at The Ledges Golf Club *Private Hot Tub*

You may ask why we named our home "I Could Live Here....."

Some of the reasons are:
Golf course view, on the beautiful 18th fairway.
Designed with golfers in mind. This 2,692 sq ft luxury Villa features 4 bedrooms, sleeps 12 with 4.5 baths so no need to share. Perfect for a foursome or 4 couples!
Works great for families too with separate upstairs TV/game room for the kids.
Watch the sunset colors over the red rocks from the shaded back yard patio with large table, BBQ and comfy seating also.
Short walk to the pool but you have your very own private hot tub on our south facing roof top deck.
Wet bar with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig and coffee pods , popcorn provided. Wet bar also has complete set of non breakable coffee mugs, dishes and glasses for kids and/or to use outside on the patio deck. Upstairs rec room has big screen TV and table with board games and jig saw puzzles provided.
Provided: pickle ball racquets and balls.
And for golfers, experienced golf balls to replace those lost on the areas many gorgeous golf courses

GOURMET KITCHEN! If you like to cook this is the place for you.
Furnished by a gourmet cook with a sweet tooth. Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart food processor, hand mixer, cookie dough scoop, cake pans, cookies sheets, muffin tins, waffle iron, extra large griddle, slow cooker, plenty of serving platters and bowls, pots, pans, gadgets and utensils too. Included for your holiday cooking, an extra large turkey roasting pan and thermometer. Cook for a crowd with ease.

The perfect trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four of us went to this property at the recommendation of Ledges Vacation Rentals. The property was immaculate,spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. It had a nice patio, overlooking #18 at The Ledges Golf Course, with very nice furniture and an excellent barbecue. It was not more than 25minutes from any of the four golf courses we played and has excellent restaurants nearby. Ledges Vacation Rentals recommended the four courses we played, booked all the tee times at the times we requested and included a discount at one course. Their communications were excellent before, during, and after our stay. They took delivery of one set of golf clubs that got lost in transit and contacted us immediately when they arrived. The four of us have taken a golf trip every year for the past 25 years and are in agreement that this is the best trip we’ve had, from start to finish!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My high school girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate our 70th birthdays and what a perfect place to celebrate. After surveying the property, one of my friends stood in the kitchen and announced "I could live here". She had no idea that it was the name of the property. Needless to say, we found everything perfect, from the well-stocked kitchen to the large four bedrooms to the relaxing hot tub. The location was also perfect. It's a five minute drive to Snow Canyon where we hiked one morning then drove into town for lunch at George's, which I highly recommend. We also spent one day in Zion NP which was only an hour's drive. Dinner at the Painted Pony was a real treat.I highly recommend this property and it is aptly named "I could live here".

Aptly named accommodation
This townhome was one of our favorite VRBO's that we have ever stayed in. The location is beautiful and the view of the golf course and surrounding geology is a wonderful way to wake up and have your cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, both with food items that he would not expect, and cooking implements. We will definitely be returning to this location. My family and I can recommend this site without reservation.

We could have made a few more birdies, but other than that it was one of our best trips ever. We are college fraternity brothers that have been meeting up in Vegas every year since 1984. This is the first year we have skipped Vegas for golf elsewhere and we will likely never go back. Ledges, here we come!Thanks again!Dave

Disappointed with shortage of trash liners , shortage of toilet paper TV remotes that had bad batteries , something wrong with stove . The price to stay for the week these items would have ben more attainable for condo. Other than experience at resort it was good.

This Ledges Villa was new, spacious, clean, and had plenty of upgrades that we don't typically see in our rentals. Everything we needed was provided inside the villa. The outside areas were also great for gathering after the golf - nice deck, patio, grill, hot tub, gas fire pit, furniture, etc. Golf courses in the area were equally awesome. Dan Dekker was the best to work with setting up all our golf and lodging. We will definitely be returning.
