Enjoy your getaway to White Rock lake area In our newly built guest Suite with separate entrance , ensuite bathroom with kitchenette, flat screen tv, & laundry Our spotlessly clean suite features custom tile, marble countertops, and wood floors. Enjoy have a great nights sleep on the new organic queen size adaptable foam mattress. There is a deck for your enjoyment which faces our art studio, where some interesting metal work is going on. The suite is private while the laundry/ kitchenette area is shared. ( But we are rarely in there)The kitchenette is dedicated for your private use complete with french press coffee maker, tea kettle, mini fridge and microwave. Picnic blankets and other outdoor essentials are provided for you enjoyment , especially during the season for Arboretum concerts. smoking his not allowed anywhere on the premises.

So good
I loved this place! It is small but I didn't feel that anything was lacking. The shower was fantastic, the bed was comfortable and Donna, the host, was easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure I was comfortable or needed anything. Overall, a great experience.

Great location
We were in Dallas to see our grandsons play basketball. We were 5 minutes away from their house, so location was perfect. We have stayed here on previous trips. Will stay again when we visit kids.

We enjoyed our two day stay in Dallas. The property was in a safe neighborhood with good privacy. Nice shower and kitchenette. Donna thought of every detail down to organic hot cocoa and snacks.
