A modern apartment recently redecorated and tastefully furnished and equipped..
Light and airy, the apartment covers 50 square meters and is newly furnished and decorated to a high standard. In addition, there is a large private terrace covering an additional 25 square meters, offering southerly views over the Mediterranean.
Situated in a modern block, with intercom and entry control from the apartment. Included is a private secure parking spot with beeper-controlled gate. In addition, a lock-up garage with internal access can be provided by arrangement.
The apartment provides broadband WiFi and a colour USB printer/copier.
The apartment is available Saturday to Saturday only. Part weeks are charged as full weeks.

Calls to EU and US Cellular Landlines are free, subject to correct use: ie you will be charged for calls to Cell phones outside France.

This luxurious apartment offers a quiet, private, and peaceful environment, whilst being minutes from the Palais des Festival (where the International Cannes Film Festival is held), Le Suquet Historic area restaurants, the famous Forville market, beaches, and the Vieux Port.

Top (sixth) floor with lift and large south-facing terrace fitted with automatic electric awning, and sea view, accessed from both living room and kitchen, for convenient outdoor living and entertaining. Living Room with L-shaped sofa/double bed for the occasional guest, two armchairs, dining table, and six chairs. One air conditioned Bedroom with King-size bed (converts to two large singles), and very large built-in wardrobe. Spacious bathroom with bath, shower, and bidet. Separate WC. Eat-in kitchen.
All linens, towels, etc., included, as is cleaning before and after occupation.

Robert and I had an absolutely fairy tale trip to the South of France and much of that was due to your lovely apartment. My compliments for having no false advertising on your website. If anything, it was even nicer than we expected. I was concerned about how far away it would be from everything, but it was great. We walked everywhere including to the train station with our luggage. Robert cooked three nights and had everything he needed to prepare the meals.

Wonderful apartment in Cannes
Mrs. Duffy went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed in this spacious, immaculate, well equipped apartment with a lovely view of Cannes and the sea from the sixth floor. The outdoor space on the oversized, well furnished terrace was the high point of our stay. We happened to have beautiful weather during our entire stay and ate all of our meals outside. All of the appliances worked well. The beach is a fifteen minute walk. We would stay here again on future visits to Cannes. Thank you Mrs. Duffy!

Great break
Gillian and David welcomed and presented us the apartment ; really lovely hosts. The apartment is a bijou - bright, clean , well equipped (washing machine , air conditioner in the bedroom , French and English TV channels ) and the 30m2 terrace sans vis a vis just magic. It's a 10 min walk to the Marche Forville and the beach a 5 mins drive. Great break

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einer traumhaften Terrasse
Wir hatten die Wohnung für zwei Wochen gemietet und haben eine wunderbere Zeit in Cannes verbracht. Der Empfang war herzlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, sodass der Markt und der Hafen in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen war. Diese Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Lovely Appartment in Cannes
Our 10 day stay in Cannes got off to a great start with the warm welcome we received from David and Gillian. They showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of useful information about the area as well. The welcome pack of essential groceries was also very welcome. the apartment is very well equipped and was everything we expected. Being able to sit outside on the large terrace was a pleasure. The apartment is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from Le Suquet and the old town with it's host of lovely restaurants and bars in it's narrow winding streets. The apartment is also located close, 10 minutes walk, from the lovely Plage Du Midi which was our beach of choice during our stay. We had a lovely, relaxing stay and would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Cannes, which we certainly will in the future. Thank you David and Gillian for being such kind and welcoming hosts.

This flat was absolutely delightful. Everything was as described, close walk to food and shops, and had everything I needed for a week stay. Loved relaxing on the terrace with wine and cheese and enjoying the view. It was so fun chatting with Gillian and David, you could not ask for better hosts.

Fantastic location. Five minute walk from Le Suquet. Large balcony with views towards the sea.
The property is in a great location for getting in and out of Cannes. It is ideally placed for Le Suquet and the old town which has a huge number of restaurants. La Croisette and the Rue d’Antibes are also within a short walking distance. A handy small supermarket is also extremely close. Good sized top floor apartment with large balcony having views to the sea.

Le plus de cet appartement : une grande terrasse (Même si malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu en profiter puisqu’il a plu pendant tout notre séjour) , près de toutes commodites à10min à pied du port Pas besoin de voiture pour se promener dans cannes. Me et Mme Duffy sont Très réactifs, facilement joignables et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes.Je recommande vivement ce logement

Love this flat
Really enjoyed our second stay at this condo! My wife and I stayed there on our first big trip as a new couple and we had the good fortune to visit again years later as a married couple. Such a great layout and great view. We really enjoyed having appies and dinner outside on the deck each night. Definitely looking forward to our next opportunity to stay there again!

Beautiful view from a nice terrace.
We had a great time during our visit to Cannes and that has mostly to do with this apartment and the most welcoming hosts you could ever meet. They even welcomed us with a bottle of Champagne for us to enjoy on our 25th anniversary. The apartment has everything you need for your holiday, it' spacious and clean and did I mention the view.....it's amazing and we got never tired to look out to the see, day or night. It's close to the beach, bars, shopping and a lovely restaurant street and ofcourse the outdoor market Forville. We hope that if we will be in Cannes again this apartment will still be available. Thank you again David and Gillian Magnus and Bjork Iceland.

Great flat ! Ticks all the boxes
We've stayed in this lovely appartments three times now ,and it never failed to please ! Always such a wonderful greeting from our hosts ,and the appartment is spotless ,the location is great .As a fellow foodie the Forville market is short walk away ,and definitely worth a daily visit .weve been with and without a car and both work well as there is a private parking space ,which was a bonus ! The appartment itself was great ,and very well equipt .the terrace was wonderful as it was so spacious ,and we were able to eat outside all the time .Gorgeous ! We would definitely recommend this appartment and give 10 /10 for Gillian and David We will be back

Great Flat, Great Location, Great Vacation
We spent a week at the flat in June. You couldn't ask for a more delightful home base for your exploration of the Cote d'Azur. The temptation is to never leave the wonderful terrace; the flowers and the view are tremendous. The flat is a perfect base from which to explore Cannes and the entire Riviera. We had a car so the secure parking was a real plus. Inside the flat has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The accumulation of guide books and maps is a real treasure trove, especially a box containing cards, each with a walking tour in one of the many areas, from Aix en Provence to Monte Carlo. These cards give access to the fantastic places in the old city of Nice, le suquet in Cannes, and the out of the way treasures in Aix. Gillian and David are great hosts and do everything to make the stay pleasant. We would recommend the flat to anyone looking to vacation at the Cote d'Azur.

A charming, comfortable stay
This property was exactly as described in listing report. Condition of the apartment, location relative to market and beach was just as we hoped. The terrace is very special and we spent many hours lounging on it, enjoying the sights and watching he cruise shios come in. The concierge greeted us warmly, instructed us on operations and turned us loose, but available as needs came up. Owner has the apartment well equipped for english speaking folks. Pictures describe the apartment well. Owners contacted us at start and end of our stay to make sure all was well which made the stay even easier. Private, secure parking is available but a car was not needed for Cannes visit but location is well suited for day trips to all the nearby locations. Kitchen was a little smaller than we expected but it was well equipped. We definitely could recommend the Duffy residence to anyone wanting a very pleasant stay.

We spent three glorious weeks in this terrific apartment. It is conveniently located close to Old Town, the Cannes harbor and La Croisette. Florville Market is a five minute walk so one can enjoy local produce, flowers, fish, olive oils and more. Pauls Bakery is a must. The owners are more than hospitable as are your local hostess and concierge. And, the apartment is tidy, charming and well equipped. Best of all is the view and the lovely terrace. A home run!!

Great apartment, great location, beautiful view, lovely balcony patio, well-equipped kitchen!
We found this apartment to be exactly as it is detailed in the listing. The location is wonderful, especially quiet at night...when it counts! The area is safe and is convenient for walking to markets for shopping, or to the bus or train stations. Included parking is an added plus! Views from the balcony are lovely, a really special place to enjoy a meal. Herb garden plantings are fragrant and bright with color. The unit is sparkling clean and the kitchen was well equipped for anyone who wishes to dine in. The bedroom was cool and the bed comfortable. The living room was bright and spacious, however my husband has a bad hip and he found the sofa to be a bit too firm. We really appreciated the call from the owners to make sure we arrived in good order and that we understood how everything in the unit worked. We would definitely stay here again.

perfectly equipped, perfectly located
I highly recommend this fantastic appartment! The appartment is just far away enough to escape the festival-craziness, and yet in walking distance to reach everything you need quickly! Don´t miss: Breakfast on the terrace, surrounded by lavender, oleander and sweet herbs and a spectacular view :-) The bathroom features day-light via a roof-window!! The interior is very tasteful and cosy. Kitchen is usefully equipped with dish-washer, washing machine, coffee-filter-machine, toaster, ... Much appreciated: the helpful book of instructions - nothing can go wrong!

Great time in Cannes
The location was just perfect for exploring Cannes. The beach was in close walking distance (10min) and the harbour and Festival Hall were about 15min walk. The apartment was in a very good condition including all the facilities (just as shown in the listing photos). We enjoyed cooking many delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen. The large terrace -witha fantastic view over the sea - was great for sun-bathing, reading and eating outside. This apartment is really worth its rent and we would be happy to go there again in the future!
