VILLA MARIS **** FOUR STARS VILLA WITH A 24 SQUARED METERS POOL

It is situated in Makarska, underneath mountain Biokovo, and on the other side wide sea view.
It has a pool, big yard in front of the house. On the back side there is a parking for 4-5 cars.
The house can hold up to 8 people. It is surrounded by villas similar to ours.
The whole house is covered with great speed wi-fi, and all rooms have air condition.
On the inside we have big kitchen, table for 8 people and big sofa.
For fun in the basement we have pool table and on ground flour 55inch tv with PS4 for your entertainment.

Perfect apartment, perfect host
We were 4 couples who spent our holidays in makarska. We really enjoyed the stay at the spacies house. The gas grill came really handy and the pool was just awesome. The communication with boris was just great, if there would have been any problem he would have been here in just about 10 minutes and would have solved all our problems. Gladly there where no problems at all. Just a relaxing holiday in a super beautiful apartment in an even nicer area. Would highly recommend staying here.

We were totally satisfied with our stay at Villa Maris which we thought was extremely comfortable, clean & well equipped. Boris, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful. He booked the restaurants we went to and the taxis's to get there. His response to any request was immediate and positive.

A spacious, comfortable luxurious property with some wonderful views and a lovely pool.
Firstly the owners couldn't have been more helpful, with suggestions and help on booking restaurants, boat trips etc. The property has only recently been completed , and is to a very high standard, includibg really strong wifi. The three bedrooms upstairs each have their own balcony with magnificent views where you can see the islands. There is a lot to do in the area, and we also drove to Dubrovnik and Krka . However the villa was great for lazing about in , with a lovely pool and games room. The villa was easy to find with lots of parking. Highly recommended!
