Clean, spacious, artsy loft-style apartment sleeps 2 comfortably. With 900 square feet, there's plenty of space to relax after your Sedona adventures.

Top location between Uptown and West Sedona: next door to Starbucks, Vitamin Cottage, and the popular Picazzo's Organic Italian Restaurant. Within a short drive from major trailheads. Whole Foods, and many other restaurants within minutes.

Enjoy free WIFI, cable and amazing views from your private, shaded balcony. You'll love the new mattresses, fresh new linens, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, custom bath with rain shower, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Our guests enjoy the Loft because it is clutter-free, bright and modern design, with open floor plan, high ceilings and awesome views.

Location cannot be beaten: right next door to Starbucks; Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen and Natural Grocers.

* Spectacular views of Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock right from the covered balcony and living room.
* 1 bedroom with queen bed and fresh, new, mattress and cotton bedding. This is a Loft-Style bedroom, where the walls do not touch the ceiling and there is no physical door.
* 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, custom-tile, rain shower, and shampoo, bath wash and a hairdryer.
* Large Kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with cold filtered water. You dine at the over-sized bar: your eat-in kitchen.
* Full stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, plenty of pots, as well as coffee, tea, basic spices and condiments.
* 1 designated parking spot: fully shaded to keep car cool.
* Full-size washer and dryer for which we gladly provide detergent. Iron+board for your convenience.
* Of course FREE Wifi and Cable on 2 TVs
* We like things clean, so all mattresses and pillows are encased with bug and mite-proof covers.
* The apartment-loft is 100% for your private use.

We are one of 4 lofts, located in a modern new building. One floor up with a gradual 18-step stairway, the offices below are open only during business hours.

Together with our trusted local co-host Traci we welcome you to Loft 2. While we won't likely meet you in person, we absolutely love Sedona and are always available for questions and suggestions. In the Loft, you will also find a useful Guest Book with great tips from past guests.

Wonderful!!!
Not enough words to tell you how pretty this home is. The pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice. A beautiful view of the red rocks from the patio was an added bonus. This home is close to Sugar Loaf trail head - we walked to it. You’ll have everything you need here- just bring yourself. We’ll definitely book again for our next visit.

Another wonderful visit
We stayed at this property before and liked it so much it was our first choice when we were looking for another stay in Sedona. The loft was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and ideally located. We’ll be back!

The online description was on point and the communication was perfect! The apt and the space were more than enough for a couple and even for a family of 4 if willing to sleep on sofa or bring air mattress/sleeping bag for little ones. It was clean, convenient, well stocked, BEAUTIFUL inside and outside. The view was amazing and location was so convenient to many trails and tourist attractions including restaurants and shops. I almost do not want to write the review cause I am going to return and wish not booked ;) You cannot ask for a better price. Starbucks next door was super convenient and not noisy at all in the area. Red Rock Pass was very much appreciated as well as supermarket bonus card. I left a brochure from "Hiker Help" for off season shuttle and Sedona area map. So hopefully that is helpful to those who are new. Sedona is my happy valley and this Artsy Loft helped me make my mind up to retire to here !

We fell in love with this Loft because of its stellar location in addition to it is newly renovated, bright and modern design, with an open floor plan, high ceilings and awesome views. Many restaurants are within walking distance as is the Starbucks next door.

What makes this property unique

This apartment Loft is a rare gem as so many condos in Sedona are older. The 12 foot high ceiling make the loft airy and the upscale furniture bring a cozy, clean touch. If you like an artsy clean modern look you will like this. Plus the location is superb: easy access to 400 miles of trails and lots of local places.
