Swanky Townhome+Rooftop | Downtown | 6th Street!

Welcome to our Swanky Townhome, which just got event swankier with a full remodel / renovation in January 2020! This included the addition of a new wader pool on the roofdeck for cooling off during the hot summer months! Located at the intersection of the hip east side and the rowdy, well-known central 6th Street, you're right in the heart of downtown Austin nightlife! The property also features a 500 square-foot private rooftop deck overlooking to the downtown Austin skyline!


The Space
This townhome has a colorful, eclectic feel, and we are doing everything we can to turn it into the best getaway space for our guests! And, yes, you'll be right next door to the fabulous Austin nightlife.

LAYOUT
This is a 4-story townhome.
• 1st floor: street entrance + 3 bedrooms + shared bathroom + laundry room
• 2nd floor: private entrance + living room + kitchen + powder room + balcony
• 3rd floor: master suite + guest suite, both with ensuite bathrooms
• 4th floor: private roof deck

BEDS BREAKDOWN (11 beds)
• Ground Level Bedrooms: Couch + 2 full bunk beds = 4 beds
• Master Bedroom on Third Floor: 2 full bed
• Guest Bedroom on Third Floor: 2 full beds

If you're looking to host more guests or need different sleeping arrangements, contact us: we'll do our best to accommodate!

• Guests will be able to self check-in and are welcome to use the entire property: condo + balcony + rooftop deck!

Other things to note
- The pool on the roofdeck is 20 feet long x 6 feet wide x 10 inches deep. We like to call it a "sip and dip" pool ;)
- We charge a $25 per person per night extra guest fee for each guest over 5 at this property.
- There is only one reserved parking spot on-site, and it is shared between guests of the two townhomes we manage at this address. The spot is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Great space and location, but a little warm
We stayed at this property for a bachelor party and had an amazing time. There was room for 10+ people comfortably. The views were amazing, as the was the rooftop balcony. A lot of the neighboring units were also hosting bachelor / bachelorette parties. I only had two minor issues. First would be the check in process. They did not provide instructions until 2:00pm on the day we were checking in. This causes a lot of anxiety and I had reached out the day before just to re-confirm the listing went through. The second issue would be the air conditioning. We went in early March so the average temperature outside was 75-78 degrees. However, inside the apartment was in the 80's. There were instructions not to lower the A/C below 69, but I don't think that would have helped anyways. We had to open all the windows and doors just to keep the place relatively cool.

Fantastic Austin Trip Stay
This rental was the perfect fit for a 3 day get away with friends. The location comfortably accommodate our 6 person party. It is so close to so many great Austin restaurants and bars. Our rental was clean, calm, and cool. We were very pleased with our visit and experience. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Cool property, needs a lot of TLC
This property was a bit disappointing in its upkeep and overall appearance. Lots of lose or missing handles. Leaking toilets and showers. Beds falling apart. A few friendly cockroaches hanging around. We informed the prop. manager, so hopefully they take some time and get this place back into “rentable shape” as this is NOT. a cheap rental by any means. We have rented several VRBOs in this price range and never experience such a run-down property for the price tag. Has potential- they just need to deliver a better product!

Great place for bachelor party!
This place was a perfect spot. Great overview of the city from the roofdeck and walking distance to 6th Street and Rainey Street. Plenty of room for our 12 guests.

Awesome Place and Great Location
Stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time! Best part was the surprise mini pool that got installed right before we had arrived! It isn't very deep, but perfect to help us cool off during the hot August weekend. Took this place from an 8.5 to 10! The hosts were also very accommodating and the place was ready to go at check in. Everyone also got their own bed which were also very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Alex and the rest of the team!
