This beautifully renovated and furnished home is yours to enjoy for your time in Mildura.

Located on one of the top streets in Mildura, you're only a 5-10 minute walk to the shops, and a 15 minute walk to the riverfront.

We've gone out of our way to ensure that you've got all of the comforts at home while you relax at our home:
- Unlimited wifi to keep you connected to home
- 55" 4k curved TV in the living room, plus a TV in the master bedroom
- Foxtel Platinum package for whatever you need - Make sure you don't miss the big game, keep up with news from around the world, district the kids with the kids channels, or sit down as a family and enjoy a movie.
- Fully equipped kitchen so you can whip up a storm before and after you go exploring the beautiful region
- Massive backyard so the kids/pets can run around. Completely fenced yard so furry friends can be left to run around
- BBQ and outdoor dining setting so the family can enjoy Mildura's warm weather with an outdoor meal.
- Secure property with electronic deadbolts and outdoor cameras to provide that extra piece of mind
- Washer and dryer in the house which is free for you to use
-External cameras for your safety and Tampering with the cameras will lead to an immediate termination of your booking with no refund.

We've also tried to provide everything you might need for a short popover. All linen and towels are provided, as well as most necessities including soap, shampoo, hand wash, coffee and tea.

We've set this place up to enjoy it with our families when we are in Mildura, and hope that you can enjoy it when we are not.

Great open living and reasonably clean. Bin outside was full, so made it hard for us to put out our rubbish. On Original booking it says check out is 11, but through communication with owner they said standard checkout is 10am.

We were shocked when we arrived at the state of the garden. Weeds (once was a lawn) up to a metre high in both front and back. The property was very basic and lacking appointments. There was a camera pointing onto the back deck, so that any activity could be monitored which is a gross breach of privacy. Would not recommend this property.

My summer home
I rented the property for 3 months while working in Mildura over the summer. Hopefully it’s available same time next year as it Had everything I wanted and needed.

A very budget price for holiday house
its ok for staying overnight, we had a very hot day in this house, all bedrooms don’t have air-con, couldn’t open the windows due to no fly screen, pots and pans need to upgrade.

We all needed a good night sleep as we had a 10 hr drive, but this was not to happen there wasn't one good bed in any room, the main room even had springs sticking out of bed. Also the bench and kitchen cupboard was very Dirty.
