Perfect stay
This place was perfect for us with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Everyone had their own space. The views are ridiculously awesome. The only thing that did not work for us was the theater room. We couldn’t figure out how to get it connected properly. But we also did not contact the property to figure out how. I would suggest leaving instructions on how to use the equipment. Other than that it was a great stay and we would come back.

Majestic View
The property was beautiful however there were many things not working. Heating issues were challenging - throughout our entire stay with constant resets of the heating system. One room did not have electricity Not what I expected for the price we paid. Other than that we had a great weekend.

Good view, terrible cabin
To begin check in was made extremely difficult by front desk staff Karen, once finally given key code. Once entering the cabin, you were instantly hit by a horrible musky smell, Later on we found out dishwasher was broken, it was the nastiest smell ever. A technician showed up the next morning to pump out nasty rotting water. That made the whole cabin reek of it. We literally had to step out. The smell was unbearable. He then said that it was broken and to not worry about washing dishes. Keep in mind our stay was for the next two days. Party of 10 with a broken dishwasher. The place is very outdated and half of the lights/switches on the 2nd floor were broken, The toilets were dirty, the floors, the hot tub. Rugs were coming apart, comforters too. Ironing board was broken, air hockey table, dart board were too. Would say it he only thing good about this cabin was the view.

DON'T DO IT
Rented a four bedroom and only three had electricity. Two maintenance men and an electrician and no one could fix it. Then I found out someone (not out party) had plugged an electric fireplace into a surge protector and melted it. The surge protector melting is more than likely what cause no power in the bedroom. The dishwasher had standing water that smelt like a sewer when you opened it. We were too afraid to wash dishes in the dishwasher because of the smell.. The sink in one bathroom was missing bolts so the whole faucet lifted up when you turned the water on. The bottom floor ceiling rained when it rained outside. So the entire bathroom floor was soaked after a good rain. The darts for the dart board were broken in pieces. There were cut coax cords laying around the TV. Remotes without batteries so you couldn't turn the TV channels. Pull out couch but no blankets pillows or sheets for that. The stairs are a tight spiral so if you have older people or animals you can't get up or down them to get to the bedrooms. The lights in the hot tub didn't work. Called customer service and advised we had no power in one room, the sent two maintenance men and an electrician who all shrugged and said sorry. The girl that answered customer service said she was "just a reservations person and couldn't do anything for me". She assured me a manager would call me, all weekend and no phone call AT ALL. We even advised we were worried about a fire hazard with the outlets and we were told sorry but we can't do anything. They don't care about their cabin or guests. I do not recommend I at all. We never received a call from management and when we called to check out, there was no apology given for our inconvenience or time. Literally had to use our bath towels for the bathroom flood/rain and to clean up the leaking dishwasher. Save your money and rent a different cabin.
