This Limestone designed house is set for open plan living with 180 square metres of living area. Overlooking Yorkes Peninsula this secluded residence is perfect for total privacy whilst being close to all the nature KI is renowned for. The Rock Pool Cafe is only minutes from the property. Come and immerse yourself in the peaceful space whilst enjoying all the comforts we have to offer you.

Incredible property for KI vacation
Our family (2 adults, 5 yo, 3 yo) & our best friend’s family (2 adults, 10 yo, 8 yo) stayed at the incredible Tickled Pink property in Stokes Bay. Communication in the lead up and during with Lea-Ann was responsive and friendly- she is wonderful. When we drove up the driveway and saw the property we were blown away- it’s like out of a magazine!! So beautiful. And inside the property it’s all new, very clean & comfortable. Kangaroos are outside the property every night. You can drive to tourist locations very easily- we especially enjoyed Stokes Bay and Snellings Beach. We would highly recommend choosing this property to stay- it’s very special!

Amazing
The property is perfect. Amazing views, big enough for our 2 families to stay together very comfortably. Location is unbeatable if you like it a bit more remote but not too far from everything. Owners were really lovely, even brought us firewood! Kangaroo Island is a special place.

My husband Graeme & I have lived on KI for over 30 years. we both love the outdoors & the serenity & beauty that Kangaroo Island offers. We have two adult sons who completed their education here & are now off enjoying their life. Graeme and I both put our love and passion into building our limestone house. Dug entirely from the earth he chipped away stone by stone.

Why they chose this property

We always wanted to live by the stunning Stokes Bay coast, so we endeavoured to buy our block of land first, then slowly slowly we planted trees watering them by hand as we only had limited water.

What makes this property unique

We both love our house & property, the quiet stillness you encounter is amazing. We both have always loved the ocean & the views on top of the hill are breathtaking. From watching the Wedge Tail Eagles glide through the sky, or kangaroos grazing in the paddock. The natural beauty is priceless.
