Welcome to Brass Rail 108. Brass Rail Condominium is a Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 108 is located only 30 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool, and a community picnic area.

Brass Rail 108 is a first-floor, corner unit featuring a large private patio with a covered seating area and lots of extra space for sunbathing. The large living area features a sleeper sofa, and a 65 inch Smart TV, and opens to the outdoor covered patio. The patio is nicely furnished with a gas grill, a table for 6, and 4 lounge chairs. This property has bamboo floors and ceramic tile throughout the home.

The open floor plan includes a dining table for 6 and a pass-through to the fully equipped kitchen. Find all you need with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy entertaining guests and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are a full-size washer and dryer and a half bath in the hall.

The spacious primary bedroom includes a King size bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a full bath in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, the second has two twin beds, one with a trundle too! There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.

Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.

NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Good Property for a Getaway
We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, easy enough to get to Savannah and excellent for island sightseeing and dining. The condo has a good layout, furniture is clean and comfortable, the TV is a nice size (if you're there when you need to see a game), the wifi has great speed and connectivity. The only downside worth mentioning - the master bedroom is very bright at night due to security lighting on the adjacent property. I would recommend this property to my friends! Also, I HIGHLY recommend Agave Bar & Grill - we had a magnificent time there, twice!! Kind of a hidden gem, it is underneath the Back River Brewery.

We loved the property. It was a very short walk to the beach. The condo itself was lovely and well furnished. The pool and hot tub was nice as well
