Brass Rail 214 is a second-floor unit, which is easily accessed by the elevator located in the covered parking garage. The spacious apartment includes a balcony that overlooks the community pool and common areas of the complex. The patio is nicely furnished with a gas grill, an outdoor dining table with seating for 4, and 4 rocking chairs.

The living areas have bamboo floors and ceramic tile throughout the home. The open plan living and dining areas welcome guests with comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless appliances. Enjoy entertaining guests and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are a full-size washer and dryer just off the kitchen.

The Primary bedroom has access to the balcony and includes a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The spacious primary bath features a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a full bath in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.

Brass Rail Condos are Mediterranean style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 108 is located only 30 yards to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool and a community picnic area.

Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building, with access to an elevator. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience. This home is Pet-Friendly, for an additional fee. Pets should be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Use the designated dog walk area behind the building closest to the Butler Avenue gate.

NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

Comfortable place, great location
We were looking for a comfortable spot within walking distance to beach and shopping (for our teens especially) and this place did not disappoint! It was comfortable and well-equipped, the balcony was wonderful, the pool was enjoyable, and the location couldn’t be beat: easy access to the beach and great views for both sunrise and sunset (south end of the island), 2 blocks to shopping district and pavilion/pier, easy walk to restaurants. We rented bikes for several days and thoroughly enjoyed riding them on the beach and on the lovely second avenue bike route. The nearby Tybee Market IGA is like stepping back in time and we loved buying our groceries there. On Sunday evenings near the pavilion you can volunteer to do beach cleanup - such a cool idea!

Enjoyable Experience
The property was in a great location near the beach, pier, and plenty of entertainment within walking distance. The room was extremely comfortable and roomy. The air conditioning was fantastic when coming in from the hot August days. All in all, two thumbs up.
