This modern 1 bedroom 1 bath 1st floor condo is on the “quiet side” of the building you will not hear an traffic from the overpass It boasts a large private balcony over looking the Boca Ciega Bay and is a perfect way to enjoy the sunsets or watch the dolphins and boats go by. This condo is fully furnished with 2 HD TV's free internet washer and dryer, cook and dinnerware. An extra comfortable Murphy bed makes sure your extra guests wont have to sleep on a pull out sofa bed. 10 minute ride to all the gold coast beaches and some of the finest restaurants and bars. The resort offers an over-sized pool deck, pool, and jacuzzi that overlook the bay. It is truly Paradise Found.

Another Wonderful Stay
My wife and I had a another great stay and we really enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Glenn was super and he helped us when we left a few items of clothes behind. I highly recommend Glenn and his condo!

Perfect getaway
We had a nice short stay. The kitchen had useful things like condiments. The view was really tranquil facing toward the dock and water. We loved the deck. There were plenty of towels. When we arrived the room was clean. Not too far from Target, mall, beaches.

Perfect
We have stayed in this unit more than once and will stay again. Condo is well stocked, beds are comfy, plenty of linens, unit was clean and ready to go. We did have a small issue (totally out of Glenn’s control) and Glenn was quick to solve it. The views and amenities are top notch. You can’t beat this place!!
