the scenic ferry ride to Palm Beach. Nearby Hardys Bay offers village
shops and eateries. Another must-see for a swim, surf or walk is
the stunning Killcare/Putty Beach, just a short drive away.

The master bedroom has a walk-through dressing room, travertine
en-suite and views over the bay. A study, powder room and laundry
room with Miele washing machine and dryer complete the main
level. Downstairs, you will find another three generous bedrooms all
looking out to the bay. This level has a second large travertine
bathroom with a separate shower and free standing bath to soak

grounds is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will incur an
additional cleaning fee of $500.

The garage is available for guest access.
There is one flight of stairs leading from the garage to the front
door.
