This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the fifth floor has stunning waterfront views. Master bedroom has a king, 1st guest has a queen and one twin and 2nd guest has two twins. This unit sleeps six people comfortably. Perfect for couples and families, this unit comes supplied with all the comforts of home and beach chairs provided to enjoy the beach.
For dinner, walk to local restaurants to watch the sunset that Marco Island is famous for or utilize the gas grills located at the dockside of the pool complex for an easy stay at home meal. Great space and location, room for improvement
Pros: This is a spacious unit in a fantastic location. Nice pool, quick walk to beach. We loved the balcony overlooking beautiful wide canal. Comfortable furniture and beds. Cons: somewhat outdated. Could be cleaner and better equipped. The drawers and cabinets and closets were messy, disorganized. The towels were all worn out and mismatched, as was the kitchen equipment.

Great stay in well appointed and well situated condo!
This unit in the Florentine Gardens is ideally located. Although it’s not on the beach, it’s an easy five minute walk to South Beach. The unit is spacious and exceptionally appointed. The facility is clean and the community of the owner/renters is very welcoming. Five stars!
