About this property

A warm place in the heart of Sun Peaks!

1-bedroom condo right in the Sun Peaks Village. This is truly a magical mountain paradise and we're excited to share our place with you! We're located on the first floor of Fireside Lodge, so you're literally mere steps to the slopes and the village. We can accommodate up to 4 people with a King-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed perfect for the kiddos in the living room. Food, entertainment, shopping, and, of course, the lifts are right outside the door. Ski-in and ski-out, a fireplace, and the building has a hot tub too! This place is great for families like ours, and we'll help with any kid accessories we can.

A note to our summer guests: The mountain is generally cool during the summer but we do get a week or two of 30+ degree days. On those days our place is really warm. We offer two fans but do not have air conditioning. (Thankfully we're located right in the village and have easy access to many patios and frosty hydration stations!!!)

Great place. As advertised.
Really nice property. Stayed in summer. As advertised it was hot in suite. Fans helped. Kitchen well appointed and we cooked in most of the time. Time in village. Bed in BR great. Pull out sofa not quite as good for large adult but slept just on couch was fine.

perfect spot.
His place was the perfect spot for our bike trip. Had everything we needed in the condo and close to everything in the village. Great communication as well. In the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. We would be coming back to stay here again on our next trip.

Great place, would stay again!
This was my first VRBO stay, so I have nothing to compare it to. I was very impressed with Sean's communication and responsiveness. The ad was accurate, the condo was perfectly situated within the resort, the kitchen was stashed wonderfully to my delight, and the bed was super, super comfy! I would definitely stay here in the future. We didn't expect to need laundry, but it is available in the building should you get rained on while biking, like we did. The welcome binder was slightly out of date but Sean was responsive when I asked a question about the laundry card (protip, it's loonies, not a card, but the businesses on site seemed happy to make change for you for this purpose because who carries change, I was happily surprised I had cash, right?). It was a little warm in the suite, which is definitely mentioned in the ad. I'm glad the suite was ground floor as I'm sure it was warmer on the higher floors, and I would be surprised AC is common at a (usually) ski resort. I loved the close and safe storage for my bike, the convenience factor, the amenities of the building and, particularly, the suite, with bathroom supplies, coffee, teas, and condiments in the kitchen, laundry supplies provided, and games in the cupboard.
