Great weather
The accommodations were great, spending time with the family terrific. We still enjoyed the weather and the pool, nothing could be done regarding the virus issues. We loved the area and will be back next year.

Great place to stay
Everything was in place, very clean and ready to enjoy some family time. It was a great place to retreat to after a day at the theme parks and unwind with a refreshing dip in the pool. Thanks for the beautiful accommodations! We will be back soon.

Great Property
We had a great experience with the property and property management company. Our only complaint was the size of the pool. The photos online reflect a much larger pool. It was fine for our family since half our group had to cancel their trip, but definitely not what we expected and would not be big enough for a larger group/our original group. That being said, I still give five stars for how great everything else was.

Finishing touches
The house was very nice but for amount of money paid I think it should of been better presented . The door code we were given didnā€™t work so we couldnā€™t get into the property at when we arrived from airport. We paid extra for heat in the pool it didnā€™t work for our first 3-4 days. Took several calls to management to get it working. Sound in the theater didnā€™t work had to call about that. The dish washer stopped working had to call a few times about that. Burnt out light bulbs in family room. It was very nice property my kids loved the themed rooms and it was nice for my large group we all had a room and bathroom . But again if you are going to charge this type of money I believe you need to make sure things are working and presented well.
