Only 150 metres to the beach and water via a sandy lane way, this fabulous four bedroom home is a tranquil oasis offering privacy and position! Fantastic use of glass, Jarrah wood panelling feature walls and a split level floor plan that wraps around a paved alfresco courtyard. Two great sized living areas, separate dining room and separate kitchen with enough space for everyone to spread out. Luxurious glossy black ensuite, featuring a freestanding bath to soak your worries away and a large separate shower. Whilst the additional three bedrooms have access to a large family bathroom with a glass brick wall, an oversized shower and concealed European laundry. Fully fenced for the kids to play, plenty of car parking spaces and boat parking.

Quiet and peaceful location
A comfortable property, homely, a bit old world but everything you need is there. Lovely big front and back yards especially for a pooch. Close to the beach for some walks and not far from the shops in Balnarring.

Although we cld only stay 2 nights, this property was “a breath of fresh air” in more ways than one. A beautiful mostly native garden, shrouded with shrubs & trees, many birds quiet neighbourhood, the perfect setting to enjoy our BBQ meals. This home was spotless💥 Inside is a very well organized home with sensor lights near steps, kitchen items easy to find, 2 modern bathrooms, comfy bedrooms, It’s a pleasure to find everything works!! Thankyou - a delightful home in every way . Liz Baker & family.

Girls Weekend Away
5-8 of us school friends have a weekend away each year together (somewhere different - 4hr max radius from where we all live.) It’s a great opportunity to catch-up properly & for all of us to have a little R&R away from home.
