• Ice machine, horizontal freezer and other appliances and utensils to enjoy the beach and the condominium;
• Wi-Fi Internet (in high seasons it makes a difference to have a fixed internet, because the mobile network is usually slower).
The house is one of the first condominium Villagio de Maresias (reference in front of the access to beach 11), ie, is very close to the beach (less than 100m) and the condominium has large leisure area with: soccer field, court tennis, trampoline for children (pogo stick), playground, slackline, games room (with pool, ping pong and foosball), playroom (for the little ones), swimming pool, sauna and etc ...
