Just a short walk to the family friendly, pristine Rye foreshore. You'll be right in amongst the action holidaying in this delightful new home situated within minutes of everything you need for your peninsula break.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the sun-filled sheltered alcove outdoors, before heading off to explore the local shops, beaches and nature that surround you.

This home makes perfect use of natural light through the feature timber louvre window treatments, letting the sun flood in from every angle. There is a wonderful crisp and fresh feel to this property which is enhanced by its location so close to the beautiful bay waters.

Bedrooms:
Sleeping four guests, the two bedrooms each feature a queen size bed.

Bathroom, with rain shower, servicing the home.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
