This ultra modern executive accommodation is right on the beach front with no passing traffic. Sensational views of the ocean from all front rooms. With plenty of space to park the boat. Sit back on the deck and relax with a glass of wine and take in the sunsets while the men take the boat out from the marina just 1 min away. For those who enjoy a round of golf, Wirrina golf course is just up the road. Normanville is just a 10 minute drive for you shopping needs. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, sofa bed downstairs for the extra people that may want to stay, and a modern kitchen with all the mod cons for you to enjoy a fantastic beachfront getaway.

This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchn linen. If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

Good Location for our needs
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent venue for a large friends/family gathering. This meeting was for a scattering of ashes.

Quiet and secluded
A very nice clean property with a lot of space. Location is a little more remote than we expected but we came prepared. A unwelcoming shock was a large bunch of dead flowers left on the kitchen counter festering in algae soup, needing immediate disposal. We brought and used our own bed linen as advised but there appears to be linen sets in the wardrobes which is confusing. Balcony sea view is wonderful. Reported a few maintenance issues with property manager - cook top range hood not working, downstairs window latch detached. Also access steps to the house entrance are precarious, not disabled friendly, and would be a challenge for the elderly.

Hampton's-style stay
Beautiful property that has been meticulously decorated and styled. I would consider updating the photos you have online of the inside as it is so much more stunning than you show. Defineatly an adult (and possibly older children) rental though as there is lots of breakable objects and decorations around the place- not for young kids. Great communication with property managers and easy and supportive check-in process with lots of reminders and instructions.
