Highview has panoramic coastal views of Encounter Bay and beyond. This is the perfect holiday home to unpack, relax and enjoy the mesmerising views from the expansive deck. It is only a short 5 minute drive to the seafront, restaurants, cafes and 10 minutes to the local shopping centre.  You can also ride your bike or walk down to the popular Encounter bike/walking path where you can ride or walk to the cafes and shops. Being situated in on a quiet street makes for the perfect week or weekend away with family and friends.

Please note: a $500 security bond applies to all bookings.

This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you are required to bring your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen.
If you wish to hire linen please call our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. We do not offer a bed making facility, you will need to make the beds upon arrival.

So relaxing sitting on the deck watching the gorgeous sea views

January 2022 stay at Highview
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience overall good but significant issues for us. Beware that the garage is there but cannot be used by cars! (except maybe one small car). Ramp to the front door (as advertised in photos) is not there! Instead you have a steepish climb up a wooden staircase. Thermostat control on evaporative aircon doesn't work. On the other hand the living space is great; balcony is great, child-safe, has a great view and catches sea breezes. When we raised the garage issue after our car exited the garage only with enormous difficulty and stress, we did appreciate that South Coast Realty reacted with empathy, including contacting the owner. We would be happy to recommend this place to others - but with the cautions mentioned here.

Beautiful view
Was a lovely place to stay. However the house sleeps 8 people, 6 people showered in the morning and there was no hot water left for the rest of the day. I called the agent and apparently the hot water has an off peak setting and doesnt heat up again until over night. So not water again until the following morning. Very disappointed, not sure why there is a spa there, you would have to fill it with the kettle.
