Closed to strip and Quite community, the two story detached house with 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath will be comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests. It's fully remodel from top to bottom, brand new bathroom with marble sink, Quite Flush Toilets and Shower System. It's the attention to details makes its winner. The kitchen are also fully functions with cooking ware, wine glass, and hardwood expandable dinning sets that seat up to 8 people. Do we mention the brand new stainless matched Maytag appliances.

Close to the Vegas Strip, but quiet and residential.
This property is a recently renovated two-story home in a residential neighborhood very near the Vegas Strip. It was ideal for us because my daughter and I were attending a sports event and wanted a safe and quiet place to sleep and prepare meals. Appliances were all brand new, bathrooms were pristine. The kitchen was fully stocked including a new Keurig. Beds had hard mattresses but bedding was very clean. There is free wifi, TV does not have cable, just streaming on demand using your own Netflix account. We had a slight problem with the streaming at first but the owner was very responsive and it was taken care of quickly. Overall, highly recommend for travelers that want a safe, quiet and clean alternative to staying on the strip. Very good for large groups as it sleeps a lot of people. Suggestions for improvements: more garbage cans/bags, more towels that are higher quality, outdoor seating.
