At South Seas 3, you can enjoy the uninterrupted cliff top ocean views overlooking Knights Beach to Granite Island. On the beach within only a minute of the front door, with beach walkway access directly opposite your townhouse.

South Seas 3 encaptures marvelous sea views from all areas of the townhouse, including unsurpassed views from the downstairs Lounge, upstairs master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. The two balconies overlook the renown Knights Beach break and captures views all the way down the coast to Victor Harbor and beyond.

Retire at night to the sound of waves crashing onto the rugged shores below and the sight of the Harbor lights twinkling across the Bay.

South Seas 3 is a newly renovated luxurious and modern townhouse which includes remarkable picture windows to enhance the already amazing views, kitchen including Dishwasher and an outdoor entertainers courtyard with BBQ.

Only a short stroll away from South Seas 3 is the famous Horseshoe Bay and Flying Fish Cafe or venture into the heart of the seaside town of Port Elliot where there are an assortment of shops, weekend markets, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs and day spas - on weekends catch the steam driven Cockle train to Victor Harbor or Goolwa.

The comforts continue inside with a 32 inch LCD TV, wifi, r/c Air conditioning in the living areas and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, luxurious furniture.

South Seas 3 supplies all linen to the three bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, one with a double bunk consisting of one double and one single and the other with a single bunk consisting of two beds. The townhouse has 2 separate toilets, valuable separate laundry facilities with Front Loading Washer/Dryer and undercover parking.

All of this together with the calming ocean will just make your break the tranquil, relaxing get away you are looking for.

Perfect place to relax
Visited for a four day stay at the start of school holidays, for some much needed down time for parents and eight year old. Property was a perfect location, overlooking Knights Beach, and three blocks walk from The Strand. Clean, neat, well organised and comfortable, the hosts had thought of everything. Great people watching as you overlook the path around the headlands and are at a perfect viewing spot for the top of knight's/boomer beach. Lovely to step out our front door and watch the brave boogie boarders below. We'd love to visit again.

Perfect place to relax!
We booked two nights at south seas and lived it so much we extended for three! It was the perfect location to relax and unwind overlooking the surf at Kinight’s beach. The townhouse was cosy, clean and comfortable and the perfect place to switch off. Close enough to Port Elliott to walk to everything we needed and the views are amazing. We’ll definitely be returning when we need a relaxing break!

Great position and views of the beach
This property is located in one of the best spots in Port Elliot, with amazing views and access to lovely walks and good coffee. The apartment has been well renovated, but for this price point it needs a little bit more attention to detail. Providing a few coffee pods for the whole weekend, especially Easter when everything is shut, is maybe a little tricky. Other breakfast goods provided were well stocked, and the beds were comfy. Overall a great place to stay.
