Coco Beach - Meredith Lodging

Old-fashioned elegance meets modern luxury in this graceful home perched on a hill above Roads End. With charming architectural detail, privacy, ocean views and wonderful gathering spaces, it’s an ideal place for your next get-together with family and friends. Warm, honey-colored wooden floors throughout the home balance the cool blues and grays in the walls and furnishings, creating a serene aura that invites you to relax.

A spacious French country kitchen features stainless appliances, upscale cabinetry and a large island with a gas range and a breakfast bar that seats five. The room flows into the dining area, with its large table, sweet dining nook and double doors to an outdoor ocean-view porch with built-in seating. The living room sits on the other side of huge sliding barn doors, so it’s easy to segregate the TV fans watching the large inset flat-screen over the gas fireplace.

Upstairs, all the bedrooms have ocean views. The central bedrooms, one with two twin bunk beds and the other with a queen and a shared full bath. The queen suite has its own TV, luxurious full bath and balcony. The king suite also has a balcony, TV and its own full bath with a blue, modern claw-foot tub for soaking.

The home is situated just above the family playground in the Belhaven neighborhood and has a large selection of board games, making this a delightful place for kids. Everyone will love taking the path down to the rolling surf at Roads End State Park. The Chinook Winds Casino, shopping and dining are five minutes away by car. Fantastic Family Weekend
Our family, including our adult children and our grandchildren stayed the weekend in this beautiful home to celebrate a birthday. It was perfectly comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. The Kids especially loved the access to the BBall court and swingset down below.

Fantastic home in Lincoln City!
We were SO lucky to find this property for our girls' trip after another rental in Pacific City "double booked" and cancelled our reservation made 6 months prior. The home is spacious (some rental homes that sleep this many people aren't as spacious as you may think), clean, and decorated beautifully AND comfortably. We loved the many outdoor access points so we could enjoy the beautiful weather and the incredible views. We loved being able to make breakfast in the large kitchen and all sit together for meals. There is a small beach access path at the bottom of the hill that puts you on the beach in 5 min! There is not much in Lincoln City proper, but we had great pizza from just down the road, and the Safeway is only 5 minutes away as well - very convenient. We hiked the Knoll and God's Thumb, the trailheads of which were a short drive away. Can't say enough great things about this home - if we were ever to return we would rent in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Property
This property is large and lovely. We had a long list of maintenance issues that had to be addressed during our stay but they were very friendly and responsive. Beds aren't at the level we had hoped but the living spaces were very nice.

Fantastic house
The house is beautiful. Well laid out. Large kitchen island to gather family around. Adjacent living room with comfy chairs looking out the window. Bedrooms are all high end (except maybe the pillows). Hot tub was very nice. The one and thing I would mention is that the ocean view is good but not great, no sunset. Otherwise, very happy with this house. 9/10 overall. Super clean and had all the kitchen amenities we needed. Had a great time.

Heartless renting organization
We have no complaints about the house, it was very cozy and clean. Our negative experience was with the organization that rents out this house. Our group got evicted at 10:30 in the evening leaving us homeless and 3 hours from home. That is NOT OKAY. Very inhumane. There was a baby under 1 in the group who was also left without a place to sleep. Yes we made the mistake of allowing our coordinator who was months shy of 25 to sign the online document, but we had people over 25 part of the group that could have easily resigned and took the contract on themselves. This organization has to understand that people sometimes do make mistakes, but our mistake was fixable! If they are so concerned with the age of the signee they need to check before allowing the group in! That’s their duty. Not check at 10:30 at night... We also had friends renting a house in the neighborhood whom we invited over for dinner. The patrol didn’t like the amount of people even though it was just 6 guests. He easily could have went to their rental and saw for himself that they indeed had their own place. The manner in which everything was done was EXTREMELY RUDE. We couldn’t believe that this organization was so heartless leaving a group on the streets so late in the freezing night! No one in our group recommends dealing with this organization who has no interest in human feelings.

Memories made at the beach!
We had a beautiful time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Ocean views. This is a great home for families with the play ground just below the house that the kids enjoyed while the parents relaxed just yards away at the perfectly appointed home. We hope to return soon!

Perfect house for large family gathering
The house was very accommodating to families with young children. We were three families with 2 toddlers and a baby. The kitchen, dining area and living room all flow together and feel spacious. The dining area has a small table with 3 chairs for young children. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably. All rooms on the first floor have an ocean view as do all four of the bedrooms upstairs. The house is located near the top of the hill and is outside of the tsunami zone. The house is very near the neighborhood playground which was another plus for the young children. The kitchen has ample pots, pans and dishes so that we were able to cook and eat meals at the house. We had a great time. I highly recommend this property.
