You can walk everywhere from this 3 Bedroom Unit on the Ocean front. This top level unit has great ocean views, is very comfortable and spacious. Only a few metres walk to the beach and park as well as the heart of Caloundra CBD, shops, restaurants and bus terminus.

Stroll across the road and you are at the ever popular Bulcock Beach and family park.
The beach is perfect for learning to surf or simply relax and enjoy the fantastic view.
