Cozy North End 3BR Unit - Less than 1.5 blocks to beach!!

Bright and airy cozy first floor condo - perfect for small families (4-6 people, but can sleep 8), and just over a block to the beach and boardwalk. Add in the quiet, peaceful street making this your ideal retreat for an Ocean City vacation!
The beach, boardwalk, breakfast, lunch, dinner and, of course, ice cream are just steps away... Each room was painted in March 2020; and we have new family room furniture, bar stools, mattresses and quilts. New blinds were installed in March of 2021.
Other benefits include a front and back porch, stone backyard, garage access, off-street parking (1 space), outside shower, 2 bikes and beach chairs.

Family Vacation
We had a great time in OCNJ. The property was clean and spacious enough for our two families (4 adults and 3 children). The walk to the beach was only 15 houses away and included off street parking. We would recommend the property!

Fantastic Location!
We had another great week at the shore, returning to this house again after a previous stay a couple years ago. We love the location and that there is a garage for storing all of our beach and kid-related gear. Our family of five fit very comfortably and we had a great stay. Donna is a fantastic host and is very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

Comfortable 3BR
We really enjoyed our stay, had no issues getting in and Donna was incredibly responsive and friendly. The common areas were comfortable and plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for young children
Worked well for our family with four young kids. Great location to beach and street was quiet. The bedroom with two single beds was perfect for our 4 and 6 year old and had plenty of space for our two little ones. The garage access made storing all our beach items and wagon super easy. We left our beach chairs at home and used the ones provided which was convenient. Donna was an wonderful host. Very responsive, helpful and considerate. Will consider staying at this property again next year.

Wonderful week
We had a wonderful week in ocean city and really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a true “beachy feel” and we would definitely consider staying at this property in the future!

We are a family of 4 (twin boys) and love, love Ocean City. We decided to buy in 2017; as we knew we would love coming here year after year...and that has been proven to be true...we love making memories in Ocean City that we will all treasure.

Why they chose this property

This property is cozy, quiet, and close to the boardwalk and beach. It was nicely decorated when we purchased it. We have since painted every room, purchased family room furniture, installed new blinds in all of the windows, and added our personal touches as well.
