This condo features wonderful views of Lake Taneycomo and nature from the screened in porch and sunroom. It is not uncommon to view bald eagles, water fowl, and numerous song birds from the back porch or private sunroom overlooking the lake.

This condo features comfortable furniture, granite countertop, custom cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms – you have to see it to believe it! This is a walk-in unit with no stairs or steps to worry about. Both bedrooms have king beds with comfortable pillowtops. We have another 2 Bdrm/2 Bath condo just a short walking distance away: Vrbo Listing # 3573541.

Pointe Royale is a gated golf community that is centrally located to everything in Branson. You are twenty minutes from The Landing, Silver Dollar City and historic downtown. You are 15 minutes away from great outlet mall shopping and 10 minutes away from The Titanic Museum on the 76 strip as well as the shows and restaurants.

We each traveled to Branson with our families growing up and continued that tradition with our children. We began renting vacation property in Pointe Royale in the late 1990s and fell in love with its location and amenities. After becoming empty nesters we had the opportunity to purchase our own condo. We now call Pointe Royale home and love the community.

Why they chose this property

Pointe Royale has so much to offer! We truly believe our condo is the best because of its location and the updated features inside the condo! The view of Lake Taneycomo from the screened in porch, living room and sunroom have such a calm and relaxing effect that staying at the condo will help you unwind and unplug. Being an end unit also adds to the privacy with additional green space beside the unit. The living area is cozy and comfortable, the bedrooms lend to the best nights sleep as well.

What makes this property unique

From the sunroom you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors all year long. This end unit has a living room window that allows extra views of the lake and additional light.
