"A"Walk to Everything! Top Buckhead Restaurants, Phipps/Lenox Malls,Everything!

Beautiful little 3 bedroom/2 full bath ranch just steps to Hals, Tin Lizzy's, Lenox Mall, Phipps Mall, tons of shopping and other restaurants in the Tuxedo Buckhead plaza. Rent the entire house. There is a one-car carport, a circular driveway with ample parking, really wonderful neighborhood in Buckhead. Kids playground in the back yard, covered back porch and covered front porch, nice outdoor area and gas grill and small fire pit for your usage. Lots of outdoor seating, fenced in back yard.

High Luxury bedding in every bedroom and TV's in both the living area and master bedroom.

King bed in the master bedroom with small full bathroom, and the 2 secondary bedrooms are queen bedrooms.

Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans. Owners live less than a mile away, so if you need anything at all, we are happy to bring it to you!

You will be required to show ID in person upon arriving to the property. Only the number of people you book the reservation for are allowed to stay in the property overnight. Security cameras outside for everyone’s safety. We do not allow additional guests to stay overnight. Please respect this policy, as it’s strictly enforced. 2 TV’s: one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood
We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was perfect. Great neighborhood. Easy access to city, restaurants in walking distance and it was quiet. We'll be back!

Best owners ever!
My group, three adult couples, thoroughly enjoyed our week in this home. The owners live nearby; pre-stay communication was good. Upon arrival, Brandon met us at the door and later went "above and beyond" to meet our few requests. We were in Atlanta when a cold spell arrived and the temperatures dropped to a high of 20 degrees!! The furnace began to give us signs it was failing, and as soon as I phoned, Brandon came right over, checked the unit and got it into working order again. What a relief! Everything is as described---beds were comfy and kitchen essentials were there. Plenty of parking, no close neighbors. We really had a great time, knowing we were looked after this well. I would stay there again in a minute, and highly recommend this home.

Perfect Family House
Great location and we’ll appointed. Owners were helpful and responsive. Backyard was such a plus when traveling with kids. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice base in Buckhead
House is a nice base located in a good neighborhood in Buckhead. Just a few minutes' walk to a variety of restaurants, and easy access to some main roads that will take you to downtown Buckhead where you can find pretty much all that you want. Access to interstate is quite straightforward when you want to visit other parts of Atlanta. House is comfortable and has all that you might need. Communication with owner was easy - for example, a slight hiccup with the wifi was quickly resolved.
