Welcome to Terra Ceia Beauty, a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom villa located in the gated community of Terra Ceia Bay. This Florida style home offers not only a beautiful view of a lake and adjoining golf course, but also numerous community amenities.

Walk only a few steps from the front door and dip your toes into the oversize heated resort style pool, spend the day on the 18 hole golf course, perfect your swing on the driving range and putting green, or play a round of tennis. If you enjoy long scenic walks, the nature trails and pier will catch your attention as well.

Terra Ceia Bay is located only a 5 mile car drive to Emerson Point and only 13 miles to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island where you can sign up and enjoy plenty of water activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, charter fishing, or just spend the entire day at the beach.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, has a spacious en-suite bathroom and a large walk in closet.The master bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Getting ready after a round of golf to head out to your favorite restaurant will be a breeze. The spacious second bedroom has a queen size bed and is just across the hall from the second bathroom with a full sized bathtub shower combo. The large covered patio facing the golf course and lake will most likely be one of your favorite spots. Sit back, relax, read a book, play some games, or enjoy a cocktail. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a full dinner. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, a large smart TV, and of course, you can always stay connected with free high speed WiFi internet throughout the home.
