A quaint open concept with updated a kitchen with granite countertop and with all the necessities to prepare your favorite meal for easy entertainment. Spacious living throughout offers comfortable furnishings, and dining area enough to accommodate up to 8 guests. The gas grill on the relaxing deck with table and chairs provides a peaceful setting for that summer’s evening barbecue. Enjoy the numerous attractions in the area for both young and old. Located close to mini-golf, Pirate's Cove, shopping, dining, public beaches along Nantucket Sound and other popular Cape Cod attractions. Enjoy the new rec room in the unfinished basement complete with a pool table, sitting space with TV, and bar area. This definitely is a home to consider for your Cape Cod vacation! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely Mid-Cape rental, perfect for a couple or family (we had 6 guests)! The backyard is private and perfect for grilling, dining and relaxing. Inside there was plenty of couch space and dining space for our family. Our 7-year old loved the small air hockey game in the basement and the decor is peaceful and relaxing for the adults. The kids loved the "bunk room" at the end of the hall while we enjoyed having enough space for our family to relax. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood and central for all things "Cape". Very nice - would definitely rent again. In response to other reviews-we found recycling pickup was Thursday and trash pickup was Friday. ;)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year coming back to this house. We love everything about it. The only thing I would say is to fix is the paper about the trash/recycling pick up days needs to be clearer on what day is what. We hope they family will keep renting it out. We have been very fortunate to find this gem. We are already looking into next year visit.
