The Building has its own full Gym and private bar inside the building if you are looking to just stay in the complex and grab a drink with a friend or two.

The apartment is located very close to Plaza Mafalda and the very popular tourist flea market.

The location is quiet, however if you are looking to experience the nightlife in Buenos Aires this apartment is very well located just a few Streets from Palermo Hollywood, where you can find all the Bars, Restaurants even clubs.

Chacaritas Loft
This property was even better than the photos. Such a great space. Huge floor to ceiling windows, bright, sunny airy. Good balcony, comfortable furniture in the living room, great bed upstairs in loft. Two full baths one on each floor with tub. All the amenities needed for the full service kitchen. The building itself is interesting and had excellent security. The top floor green space, park, pool and little store/restaurant were a great surprise. The neighborhood is quiet at night and quaint in the daytime with lots of hidden gem bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Don’t miss a browse through the nearby flea market.
