"Newly renovated! Caribbean unit 401 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is waiting for you and your family to come and enjoy the beautiful beach vacation you've been dreaming of! It is dog friendly (one small dog, w/additional fee). This two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has queen beds in both master and guest rooms. The master suite features a large garden tub. The unit can accommodate up to 6 with the additional space of the sleeper sofa. Enjoy your beach front view right off the private balcony. With three TVs and WiFi you can keep up with all your entertainment needs. With a full kitchen, you will be able to cook your meals and eat in whenever you like. The Caribbean property location is prime for getting out and experiencing all that Gulf Shores has to offer in way of dining, shopping, family recreation, and more!

Aside from being beachfront with easy access to the beach, this complex provides amazing amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally), steam room, sauna, exercise room, and BBQ grills. You will also be provided with your own covered parking spot #401. There is an elevator or ease of entrance. Please, no smoking!"

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Good:The view from the corner balconyThe Bender people were friendly and helpfulSmaller complex, no elevator waiting The Bad: Did not get into the condo at 3:00 checkin. It was 4:15The hall bathroom toilet handle kept falling off and would not flush.The toilet paper roll in master bath kept falling off.There was mold on the master bathroom ceiling.There were dirty plates and pans in the kitchen.Overall, for the price, these things should have been taken care of.

It is on the beach and close to local restaurants. 2 sinks in master bath a plus. Easy to use kitchen with ice maker and fully stocked with dishes, silverware, etc.Air cond. works well. Enjoyed stay there.

Right off the beach!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo was perfect for us. Not only was it within steps of the beach, it was close to shops and restaurants too. There were 2 heated pools, which turned out to be necessary as our weather was a bit chilly in early April. The designated parking spot was helpful. The residences could have used more carts as they were never available. Our balcony had a table and chairs, but it wasn't big enough for lounge chairs.
