Tucked away in the quiet, pedestrian friendly neighborhood of Roads End in Lincoln City, Sea Bleu is perfectly situated to offer guests a serene retreat at the coast. Easy beach access is located just a short, pleasant stroll away at Roads End State Park. There you can walk miles of sandy shoreline, search for coastal treasures, explore tide pools or just kick back with your toes in the sand while admiring the surf and stunning Cascade Head.



Sea Bleu is a two level home featuring the main living area and kitchen as well as the master bedroom on the ground level, making it very convenient for any guests with limited mobility or for those who prefer to avoid stairs. A second family room is located on the upper level—a great place for the kids to hang out or to find a quiet corner to read and relax while taking in the gorgeous ocean views. A separate carriage house located right behind the main home acts as an additional bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom and kitchenette—an ideal space for guests that like to have a little separation from the hustle and bustle of the main home.

All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Nice property for a larger family stay
This was a great home for a bigger family stay with grandparents and teens/young adults. The home has great separate bedroom options for a group. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes and utensils. There are 2 master suites- one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs bed is on a high frame- to the point that shorter adults had difficulty getting in and out of the bed without a step which we did not have with us. The upstairs bed seems to be a full size- not queen I believe. It was very cozy for 2 adults. Downstairs master bed was reportedly much more comfortable. There were limited towels that seemed quite worn and old. Very clean otherwise, close to the beach at Road's End but you'd want to drive as the road is busy without much room on the side to walk.

Grandmas holiday trip
I do a yearly trip with all my adult children, their spouses and my grandchildren. This house was amazing and we all fit very comfortably! We had rented it 18 years ago when my children were young.. it is just as amazing now as it was then!

Roads End Family Weekend
The property was very nice. The house is very spacious and also provided more than ample room for everyone to gather and hang out. The kitchen is fully equipped although we had to look for a bit to find the "gold" coffee filter for the coffee pot. There was also an issue with the access code but the management company was very responsive. Most of the check-in/check-out process is online. However, there were no checkout procedures included. Again the management company was very responsive when asked what the process was. I would recommend that a book with all the rules, regs, check-out, recycle information be provided at the house. We had a great time.

Very happy with our stay! …very nice accommodations: clean, beautiful home and neighborhood “Nantucket” like! It was very cozy, spacious and comfortable and allowed the five of us (women friends) to each have our own bed room and bath. Only a peek of ocean but nice walk and beautiful beach. Thank you ! Will recommend and return… could put safety strips on outside steps ..slippery in rain

Disappointing rental
Our stay was very disappointing when we found the hot tub was not available for use with no prior notification of this issue. The group agreed that the refund amount was not adequate and we wouldn't have rented this house had we been notified the hot tub was not functional. The carpets all the way down the stairs were very stained. Another disappointment given we paid a cleaning fee as part of the rental. Suggest having some instructions for the many various remotes for the 4 TVs in the house. We couldn't get any of the TVs to work after trying for some time. There are some tech savvy folks in our group and none could get any of the various TV configurations to work. We received prior notification that the dishwasher was not working and that paper products would be left in the house in order to reduce the amount of hand washing of dishes during our stay. The paper products weren't in the house when we arrived, although were delivered after contacted property manager. The house is comfortable and well appointed, but the issues above definitely were a damper on our anticipated relaxing get away.

Very Spacious and comfortable
There were 9 of us staying in the home and what was so cool about the home was the additional cottage in the back and the front porch was really huge. We had the opportunity to watch a family of 4 deers walk around in the front it was cool to see from the gated porch. There was so much space which we ALL enjoyed. We had a few hiccups with things not working properly, an unpleasant smell coming from the dishwasher and washer and dryer, the upstairs tv in 1 of the livingrooms and 1 of the blinds in 1 of the rooms were not working, the rugs on the stairs were stained, we had no dish towels, BUT the management team got RIGHT back to me to resolve some of these concerns, I was so amazed at the speedy response so thank you!! The only advice I would give would be to say in the 2 master bedrooms because the beds are so high, there need to be a stair stepper to walk on to get into the bed, I literally had to have help into the bed which was NOT cool for me because I use the restroom atleast 2x in the middle of the night. Other than that, my crew had a good time together at this property.

We were so excited to stay at this property. The location was just as stated and close to the beach. Sadly we felt the interior was worn and not very clean. There were stains all over the carpet and was simply worn down. We had a fan in the carriage house that was broken. We were told they would come that day to fix it but did not. I hate to even write these reviews but we have stayed at many VRBO's and the quality of this one was not was displayed online. This place would be wonderful with some fresh paint, thorough cleaners and some new carpet.

Great Friends reunion!
We loved the sun and Adirondack chairs! The front porch has a beautiful view of the ocean! So quiet and serene! The bedrooms were great but maybe one more full sized bed would be helpful as the place fits 8 adults so nicely! (Aerobed in upstairs living area. We took a walk to the beach but wear walking shoes as it was rocky. Quick drive to the popular Kyllo’s. The kitchen was well stocked and a nice jacuzzi too! Thank you!

Easter Weekend 2021
Ten of us from Spokane area stayed the weekend of Easter, 2021. The home and separate Carriage House fit all our needs. We loved the home itself and the location was great. Any problems or requests were handled very quickly. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great COVID Break
This was our first venture out during COVID. We were nervous about it. But the house worked perfectly, with the extra guest suite. So we could get privacy from the bigger house and do Zoom private meetings, if needed. We asked that the windows be left opened after cleaning to air the house out, and they obliged. The beach is within a few blocks walk. Hot tub was great! Only downside was that it is in an area with a lot of other beach rentals, us included. So it could get loud at night. Closing the windows helps immensely, but in the summer, we wanted the nice breeze to cool the house. But overall, great rental. Big. Made me feel safe for venturing out during COVID.

Relaxation on the coast
House was well appointed and clean. Great location and not far from the beach. We drove down the road to the beach rather than walk on the busy road. Hot tub was clean and in a fairly private location. We really enjoyed staying at this property and were able to get some much needed relaxation.

A piece of heaven
Had a wonderful time. Very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed watching the dear come around from the spacious front porch. If I had to say anything negative it would be, it’s not wheelchair accessible to enter. All in all, we will rent again.

Meredith Lodging Did Not Fix a Broken Toilet

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a house in January from Thursday night and checking out on Sunday morning. One of the bedrooms was above the garage , and you had to go outside to get to that bedroom. Saturday morning the toilet in that outside bedroom stopped working. We called Meredith and they said they would send someone to fix it. Someone stayed at the house all day Saturday and no one came to fix the toilet. The older couple who were staying in that bedroom had to sleep in the main house Saturday night on the couch, as they did not want to come in from the outside bedroom to use the bathroom during the night. Extremely inconvenient. I call Meredith on Monday and they said they sent someone to fix the toilet. They fixed it on Sunday after we left. I told Meredith I was unhappy about their "no response", response, and they have said someone would contact me. That was in mid January, and no one has contacted me. They don't seem to think it is important. We have rented from them for the last 20 years. They are getting big and do not care about their clients anymore. We will not use them again.
