About this property

New Luxury Townhome at Windsor Hills Resort 2 Miles from Disney

Just remodeled, January 2023. The Disney Vacation Home is really well located: the resort is one of the closest to the parks entrances. 10 minutes away from Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and 25 minutes away from Universal Studios, Island of Adventure and Volcano Bay. With an easy access to the airport (US 192, FL 417 and I-4 roads), Downtown Orlando, Miami and all the attractions in Central Florida (Daytona Beach, Clearwater and St. Petersburg).

The home is fully renovated and has A/C and high-speed wi-fi.

The home has three bedrooms with SMARTV, fully equipped kitchen and a heated swimming pool (under request for $25/day + $50 activation fee), from check in to check out, min. $150.00. The living room has one dinner table for 6 people and a counter for 3 people.

The resort is safe and gated. It has a big leisure area for kids, with an outdoor swimming pool, splash area, two waterslides, SPA, tennis court, puttingreen, fitness center and theater. There's a 24/7 Walmart on the street, gas station, restaurants and stores. Disney Springs (with fine dining, great stores, movies and bowling) is only 15 minutes by car.

Due to Covid restrictions all guests must send a picture of ID (driver's license) in order to register in the resort's system for check in. The driver's license will be checked upon arrival by the security team in the entrance of the resort.

Great location and great owner
The rental is well located to proximity of resort pool and clubhouse. There were a few issues but the owner was quick to respond. Would recommend this place

We have a wonderful time staying at this property, it was everything we wanted and more, the owner had extremely good communication and went above and beyond, we will rent again in the future!

Modern, Clean and very comfy.
Home was clean and comfortable. And had more then enough space for our family of 6. Only negative was that I would have appreciated having a dresser in all the bedrooms - as there was only one in the Master. But otherwise - everything was great. Highly recommend adding the pool heat in cooler months. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the warm pool even on some of the chilly nights. Home owner was quick and accurate with responses and ensured we had everything we needed. If we stay in the area again we will absolutely check to see if this unit is available first.
