This well presented home has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave and gas cooking. Watch a dvd in the main lounge on the large flat screen tv or relax in the sitting area whilst reading a book or listening to some music on the stereo. Those cold nights can be forgotten when sitting by the wood heater!
Enjoy a bbq on the back deck or a friendly game of pool overlooking the large back yard watching the children play. The property is fully fenced and perfect for keeping the family dog safe!
Please note: There is no working washing machine at this property!

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.
A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
