Spacious, pet friendly with views

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

This spacious beach house boasts room for all the family with open plan kitchen, 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

Features of this luxury home are: large master bedroom with King bed and ensuite, 3 other bedrooms with 2 Queen and 2 Single beds. There is also a single bed in the downstairs lounge allowing a total of 9 guests.

The kitchen is extremely well stocked with ample crockery, cutlery, bowls and dishes, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. There are ceiling fans throughout and the laundry has a top load washer and clothes dryer.

WIFI supplied and the house is fully airconditioned.

The front and back yards are both securely fenced and the garage has internal access.

Pets allowed - however no more than two (2) dogs on any property.

Linen supplied and beds made on arrival

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's position was excellent as it was adjacent to a house where other family members were staying. Because of the young ages of the children, everyone had to stay on the middle & lower level. The master bedroom on the upper level was too far from the young children overnight. The inside was very clean but the external entrance steps and landing are not swept by the cleaners. Its a house better suited to families with school age children and above.

Great location!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location and fantastic for a large group of people. The only criticism was a few minor maintenance issues. The back door (laundry) key was bent and unable to open. There were a few lamps that needed new globe. Some wall fixtures (towel rails) and knobs on drawers were broken. The blinds were dusty. Otherwise it was fantastic! The kitchen was well supplied and sitting up on the deck off the kitchen was where we spent all our time in the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful week in well equipped house with all we needed. Great size for 2 families of 4. Ray white very responsive when toasted tripped the safety switch. Short drive to beach ( could walk it but uphill on way home a bit much for tired little kids! ) highly recommend!

Family getaway
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for a large extended family. However, the furnishings were worn out (lounge) and very difficult to sit in. The floors were grimey and the deck definitely needed some attention,perhaps a water blaster. Vacuum cleaner was broken so very difficult to leave the place with clean floors.
