Clean place in a shady neighborhood
The property is a small but clean place. It is located in a low income neighborhood. The only 2 issues I had involved the TV. It didn't work at first, but Gene had it replaced ASAP. The second issue was the speed of the wifi. We found that the programming would buffer several times during the program. Overall, we had a great experience at a reasonable price.

One night stay in the way to the beach
Listing was exactly what it looks like on the web and was very clean. We never got an email with the code to the house or the WiFi and had to call for that info, but our call was answered quickly and the info was given. Only negative about the property was the neighborhood. We weren’t sure if it was the safest neighborhood, but we didn’t have any issues. Some people walking by asked us for $0.50 or any change we had as we left.

Much nicer than a hotel stay!!
Circumstances arose that we could not stay at this facility but owner offered another property that was very nice located across the street. It has lovely decor and was welcoming and comfortable. Our purpose in the area was a 5 day work contract for me at a local hospital. It was conveniently located for our needs; hospital, restaurants, and grocery store. Added bonus to having a house vs hotel was the full kitchen and large rooms. Landlord very kind and accommodating.
